I conducted a little experiment... Using Madden, I created a RB based on HT... I gave them "ones" all across the board... In their first four games, the most yards that they had at 10 carries was -3 yards... Digital HT hit the weight room and was able to decrease his 40-time to 8.35 seconds and was now able to bench 20 pounds... I updated their numbers to "twos"... In the next four games, the most yards after 10 carries was one yard... Obviously the smart thing to do is to take the million and don't look back as simulations don't lie...
