You need to pull your troops out of Iraq - the mission is now pointless. Regardless, your work is appreciated. God speed.

Detroit's O line is not horrible. Sacks are also high whenyou throw as often as the Martz system does. Second year with Roy and Kitna bodes well for fantasy leaguers. Can Calvin and Roy = Harrison and Wayne?
-
Sure you did.

This might be one of the most ridiculous statements I have ever read on this site. I listened to Detroit radio today with trade scenarios from callers, offering Tatum Bell for 3rd pick overall, trying to trade Shaun Rogers for 12th pick overall - don't people get it?

Seahawks will consider trading Darrell Jackson

I would take Welker. Returns kicks and plays special teams. Nice WR as well with great wheels. Younger the D Jax with no injury concern. If I were the Giants - I might call them to land a WR to aid Plax and move aging Toomer to third WR. -
Biggest Name to Change Teams for the '07 Season:

Not sure McGahee is really that good fo a RB to be honest. Doesn't have top speed. Lacks movement in the hole. Banged and nicked up quite a bit. Is he really a large upgrade to give up a first day pick for? I would rather take my chance with a rookie back. -
GMEN hire "offensive quality control " coach

A lot of teams do -if not all. -
Does this hurt the long term value of Brandon Marshall?

More RBBC

As per Detroit radio this morning - there was speculation Fred Taylor or Ahman Green, preferably Taylor - could be the fill in during Kevin Jones absence this coming season. Talk is that Coach Marinelli while in the state of Florida was a fan of JAX RB Fred Taylor and thinks he can carry the load in Mike Martz system.

Onterrio last seen in Ontario with Ricky?

Attached are some articles from John McClain of the Houston Chronicle over the past 9 months - none of which sound very promising. Curious to know of others thoughts? Third, for those of you who wonder how they could have passed up Bush knowing that Domanick Davis was injured, Double D was healthy going into camp. The team doctors, trainers, coaches, teammates and Davis himself pronounced him fit from the arthroscopic surgery he underwent on his knee in December. Davis suffered a new injury to the same knee on the second day of practice. He even went and got a second opinion in North Carolina. So, for everyone who thinks the Texans were dunces for not drafting Bush when Davis was injured, forget about it. They may be dunces for passing up Bush, all right, but not because they knew Davis was hurt. Before the draft, they were told Davis was on course to be ready for camp. And he was. Right about now, many of you are howling about Reggie Bush and the injustice of it all, right? Even though I've written this many, many times and said it on the radio a hundred times, I still get e-mails that are uninformed about what actually happened to Domanick Davis. This seems like a good time for a repeat. When Davis reported to training camp, he didn't have a problem with the knee injury he suffered last season and for which he underwent arthroscopic surgery. He practiced two times and suffered a severe bruise that was unrelated to the previous injury. After he sat out a while and did rehab and got a second opinion, he was told that his knee was never going to feel the way it used to feel. Too much wear and tear. But he was told that he should be able to play with it that way. He'd have to learn to play with pain. Davis said he didn't want to play until he felt the way he used to feel. That wasn't going to happen. They'd reached a stalemate. Davis was placed on injured reserve. I don't think we'll ever see him play in another game. So one reason Kubiak passed up Bush is because he thought he'd have a healthy Davis, which didn't happen. Now, of course, they've got to rely on Wali Lundy, Ron Dayne and Samkon Gado. By the way, Gado is a hoot. Not only is he articulate and polite, but he's funny, too. Reporters love well-spoken players who are clever and have a sense of humor. We're hoping Gado plays more. No wonder Green Bay fans liked him so much. It's good that rookie Wali Lundy and second-year veteran Vernand Morency have looked good in the one-cut system because Domanick Davis won't play this year. I'll be shocked if they don't put him on injured reserve. This week, I wrote that he could be cut because that was what I had been told, without naming who told me. A day later, they'd changed their tune. If you waive an injured player, you have to reach an injury settlement. If the player has healed, then you don't owe him anything other than what he's already collected. That's why they decided not to cut Davis.

That was a great tidbit - clown.
