The Cowboys thinking may be that eventually Zeke would miss games and they are keeping Mcfadden in bubble wrap so when he does have to assume lead back duties he is as fresh as possible.. Maybe they assume Morris is more expendable and/or less injury prone than Dmac, and if/when Zeke gets suspended McFadden will be activated and given the lead job...

The worst luck! Now 1-6-1, scoring crazy points!

This is why in my league I changed it a long time ago to the system we now use with great results now... The two division winners are seeds 1 and 2.... The next two best records regardless of division are teams 3 and 4... The final two playoff spots are decided by best breakdown (all play) record.. For instance my team is 3-5 now and in last in my division.. But my breakdown record is better than some teams who are 4-4 or 4-3-1 so if the playoffs started today I would be in instead of them... Nothing is worse than losing 158-155 while someone wins 110-105 so if your a team that consistently scores more points than other teams you will still end up in the playoffs... It also keeps owners engaged all year as a few weeks going 7-2 in breakdown can put you in a position to make the playoffs over some team that had a lucky schedule and didnt score many points... Seems like the best 6 teams make our playoffs almost every year and I'm surprised other leagues don't use this system when sites like cbs and myfantasyleague keep track of it for you and nobody is truly out of it until December... -
I own Cooks and would trade him in a second for Cooper... I stupidly kept Cooks over Landry and have regretted it since the draft back in August.. Cooks is great for the Saints - He can occupy other teams #1 corners and allow Brees to use the other guys... Cooks has a brutal schedule and even worse rest of the season outlook usage wise, so the second he has a decent game ill be trying to sell him for a bag of baseballs which I'm still not sure I could get for him in my league...

I'm gonna trade these busts AR15 and that Odell Beckham guy away and land some real studs like Mike Wallace and Victor Cruz... I mean it's already gonna be week 3 so Robsinson and Beckham have proven to be terrible this whole entire season while Wallace and Cruz are definite top 5 great guys to have instead...
-
Sooo glad I kept him as my rookie keeper over my favorite young wr in football Stefon Diggs... I wish Rawls would sit for about a month so we can see if Michael can run away with the job and put the whole Rawls nightmare saga in the rear view..
-
The coaching staff is horrific and needs to go... Arob had 5 for 50 last year vs chargers... Manning didn't throw any tds and Beckham has sucked also so maybe try to get him cheap too since the Beckham owner is probably ready to bench/cut odb... They will both be fine and the positive regression is coming for them...
-
Michael was also dead tired playing virtually every play with nobody to spell him.. His fumble was a car crash punch out and him trying to get that first cuz Wilson was hobbled.. Half of me wishes Rawls is done for a while so we can see if Michael has either arrived or if the whole backfield is useless.

I waited on qb and got stuck with this dood... Used the Flacco band aid yesterday but may turn to Tannehill at home vs Cleveland next week until I see if Cousins is worth dropping or hanging onto... Trying to trade for Winston but his brutal upcoming schedule is not the early season answer.. Although Winston does play bummy defenses around fantasy playoff time so combine that with his poor showing yesterday and bad next few game schedule maybe he's worth prying off his owner and most likely offers way bigger upside than Cousins especially with the pedestrian Doug Martin already grinding to a halt....

Fantasy is more pure luck this year than any other year

Mine: Allen Robinson Brandon Marshall Brandin Cooks Vs His: Travis Benjamin Mike Wallace Marvin Jones I got wood shed'd by that trio of miscreants.... Situations and Matchups are now just as if not more important than talent, whereas talent and heavy usage shined back in the day... But with guys usually balancing out over the course of the year the talented guys sucking now SHOULD come on strong and make everyone feel better about being "Stuck" with Allen Robinson or Odell Beckham... -
To my league mates who kept passing over Doug Martin until he was the only top 10 ranked rb left while we were already down in the mid 20's at Abdullah and I felt like the value was good enough to finally take him... Should have skipped him and let someone else deal with his JAG ass... To my Marshall / AR15 combo that made Nelson friggen algholor look like Randy Moss... To Kirk Cousins who threw as many tds as Colin Kaperclops.... To Ebron for limping his ass into will he/wont he status in game one forcing me to sit him and roll with waiver turd Jesse James... To my opponent for getting a huge game from Marshall Faulk err Deangelo Williams and his "Pittsburgh makes rbs look great" monster...
-
I lost by three lousy points... Of course they got tackled at the two yard line and ran it in.. The high school interceptions didn't help either... Right now he is now known to me a Cousins-in-law cuz I'd be ashamed to call him my blood family... 350 and 3 vs Dallas leading me to a win or he will be getting Gatorade for whatever scrapper qb I roll with in game 3....

Shouldn't Boyd, Fuller and Coleman (when King Gordon returns) get the same benefit though? I like Sheppard too but it seems people are just handing him "rookie wr of the year" before really seeing what these guys do... If we are basing off who looks ready to explode then Fuller should be way out in front considering his blistering preseason compared to all other rookie wrs... I actually think it will be Boyd as the possible late season fantasy playoff starter people enjoy owning the most but really for this year it could be any of these guys... I also think once Doctson is an every week starter (maybe starting in 2017) the rest of these guys will be looking up at him....

Since we are going a bit bold I will play along- Qb Top 5 - Cousins Qb Top 10 - Tannehill Rb top 3 - Lacy Rb top 10 - Booker Wr top 3 - Robinson (Bonus top 5 - Cooper) Wr top 10 - Moncrief (Bonus top 10 - Gordon) TE top 5 - Bennett (if Gronk goes down for a stretch) TE top 10 - Bennett (if Gronk DOESNT go down) Bonus top 10 - Ebron Def Top 2 - Vikings Def Top 10 - Raiders

Robinson had a higher percentage of his production in close games so the "he only did well because they were playing catch up" point doesn't line up with his numbers... So if the defense does improve (likely) and they are in closer games Robinson will be leaned on even more for important first downs and tight game tds... When a guy does two great things such as lead all the top wrs in deep ball prowess, and also lead the league in tds, he is a guy with few equals... (Also his off-season this year has been glowing) As far as AJ Green... I've owned him a couple times in his career and became so frustrated with Andy Dalton I realized how much Dalton capped his ceiling... AJ always seemed to be dragging around some type of ailment..(His off-season this year ended with a knee issue) Yes AJ will get more targets now that the other pass catchers from last year are not around, but defensive game plans should go something like this : 1. Stop AJ Green with doubles, hidden coverages and brackets... 2. Stop AJ Green however necessary and make someone else beat us... 3. Whatever guys are left over from stopping AJ Green go stop Gio... 4. Oh and someone cover Lafell and the rookie on occasion just to show we acknowledge their presence... All the loud noise this draft season has been about how much AR15 will "fall off" and how AJ Green will be better than Robinson but I don't buy it... I think Robinson has the better chance of having an nfl leading season, conversely I don't think Green has as good of a shot..
