LOL, this thread isn't even worthy of being allowed on the "A Little Help" board. The whole point of a mock is to basically wing it and see what happens. Then do another from the same draft position and try a different strategy. Repeat as necessary until you get results that please you and then attempt to reproduce in your real league(s). Never expect to achieve your optimum results, though. Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.

Go with your gut. I'd ride the hot hand and play the better matchup, playoffs or not. NO's defense is marginal while their offense makes this a potential barnburner. Jags have a Jekyll and Hyde team, ya never know which one will show up.

He's a sleeper because he's Dallas Clark's replacement. He had 7-66 in week nine and had a TD called back last week due to him getting flagged for pushing off. In my dynasty league, TEs also get offensive line points, so he's actually been fairly productive for my team in an injury replacement role (Vernon Davis). Obviously, I wouldn't normally start him over a top fifteen TE, but Dallas Clark might not be back until the real playoffs begin. Just some food for thought. I'm starting both Utecht and Vernon Davis over McMichael this week (vs. NE is a poor matchup, they give up little to opposing TEs).

I literally backed into the playoffs. I had to rely on two teams losing (since I had already lost) last night. Garcia's nice performance along with Lito Sheppard's INT sealed the deal, although I had to wait until this morning to get the good news. I took over the team after week three when it was 1-2, 0-1 and even after going 1-3, 0-1 in the last three weeks, I still wound up at 10-8, 4-2. I made nine trades (many involving two or more players per team and lots of draft picks) in a span of five weeks (09.30 - 11.05) after taking the team over. 1st Year Dynasty - Playoffs
