As a Pats fan as much as I hate the Steelers and their legion of bandwagon fans I have the utmost respect for the Rooneys. I actually thought Rainey would get axed when I first heard about the incident.

After the combine there will be some players viewed as can't miss prospects and people will be drooling all over them. I'm not buying into the weak draft/strong draft theory either way as the experts are wrong more times than not. I'm sure there is a player worthy of the #1 pick, hopefully for the Chiefs they will pick that player. Unfortunately it doesn't appear at this point a qb will be that guy.

I agree it was a clean hit but Davis ended up concussed as a result. I believe it was Gruden who said he didn't know what was legal and what wasn't anymore. If the hit looks violent regardless of the location it's most likely going to be flagged. Pretty soon there will be a certain space you have to give the wr to catch the ball like on a fair catch.

So you are predicting KC to beat your eventual AFC champ at home with a first round bye on the line? I know it's a divisional rival, they played a close game ealier in KC and any given Sunday but I can't fathom it.

I went against Ryan and Roddy too but I had Megatron. I still need a big game from my qb ( Luck) to give me a shot. It definitely was a punch in the gut watching that last night.
