the blocking scheme in nebraska is similiar to the zone blocking in GB. in zone blocking, theres almost always a hole, but it could be anywhere. whereas in scripted blocking which most teams use, theres a designated spot where a hole will be attempted to be made. this is why BJ will be a great back for the scheme because he has the vision and cutback ability to find and hit the holes wherever they are. this is why it seems like he has so much room...not because its always wide open but because he finds and hits slots in the line where the zone blocking is effective. thats a terrible comparison because, like you said, tasker was unbelievable on ST. find me a place on the field herron contributes like that. every yr hes like 4th or 5th on the depth chart at RB....not sure how hes still on the team.

Jun 10 News: Addai may be used as a slot or extra receiver in some offensive packages this season, the Terre Haute Tribune-Star reports. "I think we're going to see much, much more of Joseph Addai and I think he's going to be get better and better," head coach Tony Dungy told the team's official web site. intriguing....

watch of BJ. reminds me of edgerrin james/terrell davis. shifty, not overly fast but quick, quick burst, hits hole hard....much like terrell davis entering a zone blocking scheme where hell fit perfect should help him become a great NFL back. maybe not this year but next or the yr after next, BJ will be a 2nd/1st rd fantasy choice why will they be so far behind... from where im sitting their defense is lookin pretty damn good. only problem is at safety.

moz's prediction isnt outrageous...probably accurate actually.it isnt far off from what he did as a rookie in RBBC. i think the higher stat numbers are actually more likely
-
im really startin to like addai.....almost rock solid for me at 1.05 in my 10 team draft. only competition is SA
-
twill has possibly the worst hands since koren robinson worst hands of all time = shawn jefferson...formerly of the patriots/falcons
-
but the question for that is how far does being the #2 in tampa get you? answer....not a whole lot.
-
im stayin away...he cant produce numbers all on his own. no help at WR or in the running game and a defense that isnt likely to produce turnovers or give him good field position. that being said, hell most likely produce numbers worthy of a backup on your roster....which is an accomplishment in and of itself. and how often has the madden curse failed? good luck vince...
