So...What Kicker You Rolling With In The Playoffs?
R8RMick replied to stonewall's topic in FFToday Board
Been rolling with Kai Fairbairn for weeks, and dude has been killing it. Here's what I look for in a kicker- Indoor turf field. Solid defense to keep games close. Good running game. Competent QB who is just good enough to engineer drives without turning the ball over, yet still not a top tier passer who's lights out in the RZ. -
Forget Berry, losing Kendall Fuller just killed KC.

So what if the Chargers win HFA in the AFC title game? They won't!
R8RMick replied to JustinCharge's topic in FFToday Board
Philip Rivers IS the Chargers, which is why they'll be an afterthought again this NFL season. Reason why? He can't handle the playoff pressure. In nine playoff games Rivers has averaged 216 yards passing with 11 TDs and 9 INTs, and an 84 passer rating. Until he proves he can get it done when it counts I can't take that team seriously. -
Lol he's light years ahead of QBs who have been in the league for years, including Oakland's. What he needs is a defense.
-
Sure could've used Conley getting in for the stack.

Was sitting behind the Steelers bench, lots of Pittsburgh fans in the stands couldn't believe this. Just figured dude was hurt and couldn't do it. Then he came back in lol. Thought Tomlin could've handled the clock better on the Raiders final drive. At the very least call a timeout and set that last FG up.

This was the identity Tennessee has had in recent years, pound the rock with that offensive line and keeping Mariota to play action and bootlegs. Figured that Henry would take that role once Murray left. Have no idea what Vrabel has been trying to do this year, other than perhaps being another genius coach who wants to show everyone just how smart he is. This was once a young power running team, beating teams like KC late in the season. Jesus how do you that up?

Can't take anymore of this insightful and concise commentary. Does this place have a penalty box?
-
Jags have bad injuries to the offensive line with three starters on IR, and high school level quarterback play. Not optimal for a running back.
-
Always thought Smith was a class act. That's tough as a Raider fan to admit, but Godspeed to the man.
-
Antonio Callaway vs. Carolina. If I had a game this week he'd be in my lineup.
-
This game will be closer than folks think.

Sutton has done little since Thomas got shipped, though some of that obviously is on Keenum. Denver's Week 15 & 16 opponents are Cleveland and Oakland, which means Denzel Ward and Gareon Conley. At least the kid should get an opportunity.

Those refs were incompetent, especially the line judge. Go back and watch that game closely prior to the Bolts first score. That was Tuva's FOURTH false start of the game, though the TD play was the most blatant. Go back and watch. What's more, Okung had one as well at LT. It's pretty simple, if the offensive lineman even moves a fraction of a second before that ball is snapped it's ten yards and a do over. Period. The Charger's line does this better than any in the league. You got to watch close, but it's noticeable and then EASILY discernible with freeze frame. That line judge needs to lose his job.

McCarthy should've jumped up and down on Ted Thompson's desk in 2010 until he sent a third rounder to Buffalo for Marshawn Lynch. Instead they stuck with Brandon Jackson. Ha ha ha.
-
Lol, that's Tevi's fourth of the game, though the most obvious. This is on Tomlin for not working the refs all along. In fact, Okung had one as well.
-
Not so fast. KC still gets two games with Oakland, including a Week 17 can of corn at home in Arrowhead. And not only is Spencer Ware no plumber, I remember folks complaining loudly about Hunt's diminished role earlier this season when Mahomes was having 6 touchdown games. At least this gives Reid some time to adjust the playbook some.

Lol who is this sockpuppet?

He has a gig that perhaps a couple dozen other guys in this country can perform, involved in an industry that generates billions. He was set to make millions of dollars. There's a reason the chick wanted in the room. That's elite.
-
Dude you're a funny guy. Hunt is an NFL player, representing the elite in our society. His employer, the Chiefs, is a part of a billion dollar NFL corporation. Domestic abuse, in any form, is a PR black eye. It's just business. The Rice incident, the Hardy incident, all of it serves as an example to these kids. Gooning it up at 3:30 AM, even in the off season, where an NFL player is caught on camera laying hands on a female, is not going to end well for that player. Playing Monday morning QB as you break down and try to interpret the video is just comedic. You're a funny dude. Not that you're a clown and you amuse us, just that you're funny.

Nothing good ever happens at 3:30AM.

Lol the most experienced ref crew in the league. Ha ha ha...
