The cap hit the Saints would take makes Deuce untradeable until 2008, though it would still be kinda nasty. 2009 is when he may be moved, not just because of Bush, but because rookie practice squad player Jamal Branch has been very impressive in preseason play.

Fitz (Dallas is prone to giving up big pass plays, so that will help you with the bonus points), Driver and Jones. A sleeper pick if he's available on your waiver wire: Devery Henderson (assuming Horn doesn't play.) Saints can't run the ball but are dominating in the air. Pittsburg's backfield has been pretty bad this season, and Devery is coming off a huge game against TB. Would consider starting him over Jones.

14 team, super deep keeper league. 3 players can be kept, only can keep players drafted in 4th+ round, but I can still expect to see about 10 of the top 30 RB's off the board before the draft even starts. I've been offered Tiki Barber (can't be kept) for Brandon Jacobs (whom I drafted in the 6th, so next year counts as a 4th, then a 2nd if I keep him again). What do you think? Barber is quite an upgrade this year, but I already have the best team in the league points wise, but I'm 4-5 record wise because of insanely horrible luck. Do I go with the trade, leaving me with 3 every week starters (was doing Rudi and Chester at RB1 RB2, alternating between Jacobs and Benson at the slot), or do I keep Jacobs and take a slight risk on his becoming a full time starter next year? For the record, for the 3 keepers, good possible options are (name, then round they would cost me): Benson (3rd, though that would be unlikely unless Jones left), Jacobs (4th), Chester (5th, definitely keeping him), Vick (6th), Dom Davis (9th), and Chitown Def (10th). So if I trade Jacobs, I still have some decent options, I'm just worried that he's the next LJ (watching him play, he's just a beast)

I've seen all the Saint's games this year, including the preseason. Horn is the #1, Colston the #2. The only reason Colston is outperforming Horn right now is because Horn didn't really play in the preseason, so Brees has gotten a raport with Colston having played with him a lot more. Horn will eventually become the #1. Colston is great, a fantastic pick that late in the draft, but I actually think #3 (or #4) Jamal Jones on the depth chart is more talented. Colston should keep the #2 throughout the year, though, and I think he'll put up the same stats as Stally last year, with many fewer dropped balls. Everytime a ball was thrown to Stally my heart started beating a little faster, Colston simply doesn't drop anything.

I just called the hospital for an ambulance on account of 3rd degree burnage. (Really though, in a 14 team league where about 15 RB's are kept over the year, a guy getting goaline carries in run first offense is a steal in the 15th)

They were laughing at me when I drafted him in the 15th round of an uber deep keeper league. Laughing I say!!!

Too many monsters in Arizona, too few balls to go around. They'll all put up good stats, but I'm staying away while other pick them up early.

We had a CBSSportsline pay draft and it was miserable. Alexander and Palmer were unavailable to draft for some reason, so we reset it after three picks. Then it got so slow and jittery (several picks going by at once after nothing for minutes) we had to stop it. Best $120 ever spent.

I'm pretty sure they would eventually switch him to WR if he started at the position on a regular basis. And although he has been impressive, I would keep an eye out on Jamal Jones contending for the spot. He's been the most impressive WR I've seen for the Saints in the preseason.

Who doesn't care in the slightest about Reggie Bush

Bullsh!t. The most bullsh!t comment I've seen in a long time. This small market has supported one of the worst franchises in sports since the 60's, and before the worst natural disaster in U.S. history, we were in the middle of a ~30 consecutive home game sellout streak. You have no fvcking clue what you are talking about. -
Because all of the announcers have been gargling his man discharge for quite a while today.

ESPN needs to put Bill Simmons in the booth and give him carte blanche.
-
Give me a break, he only had one carry and he had nowhere to go on it. He can't break one every time. Just had a good looking 9 yarder on his first chance to hit a hole.

How the ###### should any of us know, the Saints defense can't get off the god damn field and the offensive line isn't giving Brees any time to throw or the RB's anywhere to run. I'm about to throw the ###### up.
