Be wary of what these guys say. I listedned and lost in the championship. See this link http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=262288 As a matter of fact I listened to all the Romo hype went with and here I am second place. That being said, Cutler looks pretty stong armed. However, SF can be surprisingly interception prone and as a SF local I just read that Nolo span is gearing the team up to spoil Denver's playoff hopes. Romo however, has been a dream buster. Maybe is Totally Over's fault the man "just doesn't get involved in the game early enough". Who knows. I might try Cutler though. Good freaking luck.

Thanks, my team was pretty sweet wasn't it. Damn it still hurts. I was so close yet so far. Congrats on your victory. Who did you have? How many in your league? A whole offseason till we begin again, I usually need an offseason away from the game to recover.

I accept full responsibility for coming in second. However, I want everyone to take note that the collective opinion of the board means nothing. The board recommended Romo in week 16, over Bulger. Talk about drinking the kool aid....how is that guy in the pro bowl? To answer your question, I have more qbs than rbs because my rbs were consistent top dogs and my qbs kept falling off, Bulger went to ###### for a few weeks, Vick was inconsisntent. So I picked up Romo and then he went to ###### and then I picked up Garcia. I came to the board with a legit issue and the board got it wrong....the board has lost my respect.

Here are the links to to week 16 posts regarding the 4 QBs I had to choose from: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...=261967&hl= http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...=261282&hl= To answer your accusation that I am pathetic for seeking advice on the board, regarding the week 16 game, let me say that I made all decisions on my own and where there were valid arguments on all side of the problem, I sought counsel from the board. The board across the majority has been touting ROMO as the man. He isn't as we all now know. I thought that the collective wisdom of the board would steer me right. I think it is important to let everyone know that the board failed on a key question where there was no obvious right answer so that others can learn that this board really is no better than any other source of information, despite the term Geek applied to long standing members. Look around trhe board and see the volume of postings on Romo and how great he is. This is very troubling since he is a 5 game starter and 3.5 year pine rider. The vets on this board I would have thought could see that. I myself am sorry i did not. My best exciuse is I only saw him play on Thanksgiving where he was awesome. Nevertheless, the point is the board steered me wrong on a question it should have gotten right if the board knows anything in its collective wisdom.

The board led me astray. I posted numerous polls etc asking for your collective wisdom about whether to start Romo, Garcia, Vick or Bulger. You largely voted for Romo. A few smart ones said Bulger was a vet, playing at home and was a better bet. This board fell in love with Romo and I bought the hype, unfortunately. If I would have started Bulger I would have won the league championship against the LT owner. Instead I looked for a big game from Romo. I will have no choice but to look a the board's advice next year as not much better than watercooler chat. Popular opinion. I thought advice fro the Geeks would mean something. From the way this board has been raving about Romo as the next coming I thought I must be not giving him enough credit. Also, the board has been pretty weak on Gacia, another mistake....clearly he is a stud in a great offense and going places. Romo is a rookie. The board aint all its cracked up to be. I will have to weigh your collective opinions a little less next year. Sorry about that, I thought you guys were the pros...I learned you aren't. RealFantasy.

QB Dillema-I have 4 studs--Help-its for all the marbles
RealFantasy posted a topic in A Little Help!
Romo v. Phi--can throw 5 TDs or he can throw none and 2 interceptoions. At home tho against Phi, on xmas. Could be a shoot out. Since Phi cant stop the run, they could run a lot more than throw. Barber and Jones could take away his numbers Garcia-@Dallas--throw first offense, lots of weapons. Dallas can be beat. But if Dallas stops westbrook and Garcia cant throw deep, it could be a bad day. He could be due for a bad day... Vick--Carolina Defense is banged up and he could go off. But he's hurt, groin pain....ughhh. But he could go off. Bulger--Stud QB in a dome at home. But his numbers have been bad lately. O line weak. WA defense comin on and held Bress to 0 TDs last week. I'm stuck betwen Romo, Vick and Garcia Help me out, I'd appreciate it. -
What do you think? I need guaranteed points....anyone like LJ MB III or LJ Westy
-
Favre, unless the weather is bad. KC is a tempting match up but watch out for ronald curry on oak he is hot right now--may stick to a more tried and true defense--NE, Jax

Romo vs Phi Garcia @ Dallas Bulger vs. Wash Vick vs. Car I am undecided at this point. I am kind of thinking any of them could be good. Maybe Vick will go off again? Maybe Bulger will throw three TDs and 300 yards. Or Romo at home on xmas will be good or stay with Garcia........I need a qb who will put up some points as I am going against LT and Ron Dayne. Thoughts? Thanks!
