Cowboys, CeeDee Lamb Get Deal Done

Guaranteed hamstring pull within three weeks of the regular season……..unless they keep his usage limited.
  2. Im concerned about the possible lack of effort by the Texans players in todays game. Keep reading how Nuke skipped practice and others considered it over McNairs comments. My point is, those of us with Texans players in our lineups, do we go with other options or do we keep players like Watson and Nuke (hoping they turn their anger against McNair into great performances)? What kind of fantasy productivity do you think we see today.

    Darren McFadden

You're right, R8RMick, my post was in poor taste. I've had the worst fantasy season ever, dating back to 1996, and McFadden has been one of the few bright spots of my season. That's pretty sad. Hope you are having a good year and please accept my apologies for the low blow on a comment you made a long time ago.

    Darren McFadden

Or Michael could be cut from the team. Hahaha, McFaddy FTW!

    Anheuser Busch?

I find these holier-than-thou companies to be disgusting with their actions. Bud beer passing judgement, seriously, more wives and kids are beaten after some losers down their share of that pizz water. Nike, OMFG, really, Nike, the company that has slave labor overseas making their products are acting high-and-mighty, really? And Visa, the banksters that almost brought our country's economy to the brink of depression with their greed is passing judgement on others while they took huge bonus payments and putting people out of their homes and jobs. If I were the NFL, I would take the same action that the people at Augusta National took a few years back when Martha Burke tried her crap.....sponsors pulled their $$ so Augusta National said all the sponsors could suck their nutz and went without sponsors that year........fast forward to now......most headline watchers and social media geeks don't even know who Martha Burke is, but you sure know and watch the Masters tournament on TV. Oh yeah, now those holier-than-thou sponsors beg for the privilege to pay huge $$ to advertise during the Masters tournament.

    Official Week 2 F.U. thread

FU to me for putting Vincent Jackson into my lineup week after week. Come on TB.....throw him the ball!

    Splitting the Pot?

I've always split the Championship pot except for one time where the other guy declined the offer......thank goodness I beat him and took the entire pot (only the Champ won the money in that league). I always chop the pot when I play poker tournaments in Vegas, too. If I'm making more money than I put in, I'm happy.
  8. "Pwned a draft?" Man, I thought that dumbazz expression (Pwned) died off years ago. I hope you aren't an unemployed college grad that is living in his old bedroom, basement, or living room couch of his parent's house.........leeching free room and board off your hard-working parents while you sit in the basement playing Halo, Call of Duty, Madden, WOW, and fantasy football. Your name isn't Jimmy, is it? Sounds like one of the kids that is sponging off of one of my co-workers.

What do you need for MNF?

I'm up by 40 pts and my opponent has Brady and Schaub (QBs can be a flex player in this league) going tonight. I'm hoping to see Mr. A. Foster rush in all of Houston's TDs and for Brady to not go too crazy. I do have a sense of dread, though, so I'll probably lose by .5 pts or something like that.

Kansas City Chiefs at San Diego Chargers

}#%^}{])(;&@ing Matthews!!! C'mon man!!!! Get back into the game and hook me up!!

how are trades handled in your league.

I would never be in a league that allows other owners a veto on trades. They don't have that in the NFL, do they?

    Seahawks 68, Packers 2

phillybear, Are you 12 years old or only have the maturity level of a 12 year old? A lot of your over-the-top commentary isn’t remotely funny, so please stop. I hope I am wrong here, but I picture a 425 lb 35 year old guy sitting in front of a TV located in his parent’s basement with a bag of Cheetos resting on the top of his belly downing Mountain Dew after Mountain Dew while typing away on a food encrusted laptop…and the only name that I can associate with that Jabba the Hut form is phillybear. Do you have a single post on here that isn’t insulting to another person of football team? If you are, in fact, a 12 year old, I hope that you move past this adolescent stage some time in the not too distant future.
  13. Yep, I had to laugh at the comments about how awesome Haden is........Brown schooled Haden on the 79 yd TD. In fact, Haden was getting burned by the Steelers WRs all night.

Anyone else a proud new owner of the Packers?

Yep, I bought a share yesterday, too. It's my donation to the Packers and I look forward to attending the stockholders meeting each year. I know the stock is worthless in a financial sense, but it's a pretty cool feeling being a part owner of an NFL franchise.

    The tricky world of Vetos

Yo the original poster, I wouldn't lose any sleep over this situation. All of the owners of your league knew the rules before the start of the season, so they need to respect how things play out. On a personal note, I don't like veto leagues and would never be in one. If you and enough other owners feel that two or more teams cheated with some effed up trades, then you cut them out of your league the following season.
