RonMexico 0 Posted October 24, 2005 My worst - Stuart Scott & Michael Irvin. You gotta love Kenny Maine. Old school Craig Kilborn on sportcenter was amusing -Jumanji.
Edifice Of Shame 1 Posted October 24, 2005 Patrick / Olberman years were the best. Was always a big fan of Charlie Steiner too
Cuse9 129 Posted October 24, 2005 Best Combo: Dan Patrick and Keith Olberman...best ever. Best information guy: John Clayton, I think he talks coaches into doing what he says! Best commentator...Mike Patrick, I've said if for years. He does NFL, NCAA football and basketball, LL World Series....I would take his job over anyone in the world (except Hugh Heffner of course) The worst: Suzi Kolber, she just annoys me. worst analyzer: Merril Hodge....complete idiot! Best at knowing their sport...D!ck Vitale....call him annoying or whatever, but nobody knows their sport better than D!cky V. Best Treat: when Chris Berman does a sportscenter. packakegger 2 Posted October 24, 2005 It's a tie between Stuart and Suzy for me.
dcindahouse 0 Posted October 24, 2005 basically all ex-players are horrible on ESPN. Best guy who knows his sport the best Peter Gammons
Belichick Is God 0 Posted October 24, 2005 I haven't watched ESPN for at least 5 years. I used to watch sportscenter every night, now I can't take it. It makes me want to
RonMexico 0 Posted October 24, 2005 You gotta love Salisbury going after Clayton. You just know Clayton would love to kick his ass.....don't blame him. C'mon John put on 100lbs and whoop some ass. I knw there are a bunch of Berman haters but I still think some of his lines are funny - The noise he makes for the Bus, the rumbling stumbling....Marshall Marshall Marshall etc. Best sportcenter line I heard was...."must be butter cos he's on a roll" Can't remember who said it. rallo 136 Posted October 24, 2005 Best at knowing their sport...D!ck Vitale....call him annoying or whatever, but nobody knows their sport better than D!cky V. ###### Vitale is knowledgable about basketball, but i still have to give the nod to lee corso. The man takes every conference magazine out to his cabin during the offseason and studies up on each team and their players. These magazine's are thick... Dicky V is by no means a slouch, but i give the nod to college gameday's corso
Ignition Technition 0 Posted October 24, 2005 dunno about worst espn, but abc mnf in 85 with joe namath and oj simpson was bad, but i loved it cos i was a kid
scott ross 0 Posted October 25, 2005 cant stand the Sunday night football crew(theisman, and that stupid fuk Paul McQuire)...and CBS pre-game crew, WORST EVER!!!!!
Guest Johnny Holmes Posted October 25, 2005 The Sharpes for sure! Sterling Sharpe talks way too loud. Shannon Sharpe talks like he has marbles in his mouth.
kcarey24 0 Posted October 25, 2005 I miss Melissa Stark on MNF. Ever since she left, the sideline reporters have been awful (and not nearly as attractive).
Guest 00ITR499 Posted October 25, 2005 Best at knowing their sport...D!ck Vitale....call him annoying or whatever, but nobody knows their sport better than D!cky V. You lost every ounce of credibility you once had.
Let Da Big Dog Eat 39 Posted October 25, 2005 Worst ever is Simms. He adds ZERO insight and rambles on and on about the obvious. Also, I hate his whinny voice.
FFBGuy 0 Posted October 25, 2005 I guess I'm in the minority but I like most of the ESPN football crew (Tom Jackson, Berman, Jaws, Mort). Michael Irvin and Steve Young, however, are painful to watch and listen to. All Irvin does is laugh and grab the arm of the guy sitting next to him when he disagrees with them. I'm waiting for the day when he grabs Tom Jackson's arm a little too rough and he ends up getting only a stump back.
remote controller 143 Posted October 25, 2005 The Clayton/Salsbury thing is getting old fast. It is totally out of character for both of them. Irving, on the other hand, is just proving what we all knew. He's a total Jacka$$! Tommy Jackson lost me with his McNabb fiasco. Theisman and "whats his name are very poor. Give me Aikman and Michaels and I'll be happy!

Berman good, Al Michaels great, Costas (aside from his FF hating), Steve Young, Ronnie Lott, and who was the other guy, D'Marco? Can't remember. Craptastic: Irvin, Madden, Salsbury, Clayton (because he tries to argue with the meathead), ANYONE on ANY fantasy football show.... etc.

prymetyme25 0 Posted October 25, 2005 I like the espn crew but i'm really starting to hate Tom Jackson he's turning into a Uncle Tom. I like the Playbook crew except that new guy this year he's an airhead. i swear you can look in his eyes and see the back of his head. I'm really starting to hate Salsbury he's too bias, he likes who he likes and thats it.

hail_to_kid_a 0 Posted October 25, 2005 i hate theismann but most of all i hate bill maas on fox. the guy doesn't shut up and he just sounds like an idiot.
biscuitman357 0 Posted October 25, 2005 The entire ESPN NBA crew. After the Pacers/Pistons brawl, they were all basically defending the players and blaming the fans. The way it came off was really in poor taste. Dan Patrick is great, he goes right after people.
parshall2marshall 0 Posted October 25, 2005 Best ever: Al "Do you believe in miracles?" Michaels. Every time I hear that line I get chills...
