Elon 0 Posted April 1, 2006 For those of you who aren't ashmaned to admit you watch the OC, has it gone to far. Has fox crossed a line with the teenage drug use, showing one of the featured teenage characters using cocaine this week, and earlier this season using a younger teen as a jail bate sexual object? its close to getting booted off my tivo. Does anyone else feel it jumped the shark?
RicemanX 20 Posted April 1, 2006 i stopped watching it a while ago, and so has many of my friends. (but mainly because of Earl and Office) The storyline has definitely changed to somewhere we can't even TRY to relate to. Killing friends, doing coke. Meh, not how I roll, thank you. naomi 356 Posted April 1, 2006 I started watching the OC four weeks ago so I've only seen the more recent episodes, the last two have been over the top for a teenage audience which is probably their biggest. Usually the thought kids will be influenced by a T.V. show is something I'd doubt, but it's different with this show.
