So I guess you disagree with this?

Setting booby traps is illegal.

He broke the law.

Any questions*?

*Before you answer, have a serious thought about WHY there would be laws against setting booby traps....Do you think that one day they just said "Hey, let's make a law against booby traps".

I agree with Toro.

I like that they were trying to protect their property, that is all well and good.

But they should also try using their brains next time. That's if they have any.

"The force from the blast entered Pancherovich's mouth, nose and ears, causing the brain to bruise and swell," Local 6's Donald Forbes said.

I understand perfectly where you're coming from, BUT ... Are we to just let people take our stuff? Obviously, this guy's been getting ripped off A LOT. He's got to deal with the insurance claims and the dropped insurance and the higher premiums. He's getting sick and tired of it. If he had placed a neon sign next to the car stating "Removal of parts may cause bodily injury", would that be better? I don't blame the guy one bit for doing what he did. The stupid focks got what they deserved.

You are supposed to follow the law. Period. End of Story.

Will the actual story come into play after conviction during sentencing? Probably so, BUT.... There are no two ways about it. He broke the law.

How about putting better locks on the door?

Bars?

Cameras?

Sleep in the back and blow these guys away with a shotgun?

I could think of 20 different ways to stop this from happening. This idiot picked the illegal one.

I would've set up some grizzley bear traps or dug a ten foot deep hole with spears pointing up to impale the predators.

I cant believe you found a white guy that committed a crime. And secondly I love how the media is playing up the IED angle so they can reference it later when some jihadi phuck nut uses one and they'll say " Do you remember the white guy that also used an IED, ya see its not just muslims" A phuckin IED!?!?!?!! It was a ###### airbag that engaged, not a phuckin explosive.

I phuckin hate people.

I think what he did was excellent. More people should be doing it to thieves.

I understand the concerns of having booby traps. Someone could rig a system that was guaranteed to kill the rim stealer and the debate is, is death an appropriate punishment for attempted theft.

I can see the slippery slope, so i guess its a good thing they prosecute these kinds of acts. But part of me still wants that guy to remain free. It would be too hard to determine where the line is if you allowed any sort of booby traps.

Don't forget to smear those spears with your feces to help cause infection and other good stuff in the wounds.

:dunno:

I am always amazed by the fact that our country places the "rights" of criminal ahead of the rights of law abiding, tax paying Citizens.

"law abiding" ???

Well, if he is setting illegal booby traps then he's not exactly law abiding and it read the end of the article. He is also accused of stealing cars and is hiding out from the police as a wanted person.

I change my vote then. I would tell them where he was for the stealing cars part. Thieves suck
