First, well done. Second, what kind of sports bra do you use? I wear two bras and still would take someone's eye out if I ran. I have to employ every ounce of pec strength I have to keep the girls under control when I'm on the elliptical machine for Christ's sake.

You should go in there and read the one about my son and I waiting for trains on his last day of school.

On the flipside, I have diversified it a bit.

I often do Timewaster of the Week on Mondays and Beer of the Week on Fridays.

I actually wear two sports bras. One of them is a bit of a "minimizer" and the other one is a bit stretchier - I wear that one on the outside. It sort of creates a very UGLY uni-boob, but it works VERY well.

Good Job TNG! That's way more then what I do. I don't run, I do the Eliptical or Tread-Climber every morning and have no idea how many miles that would be, what ever 45 minutes equal :D Keep up the good work!

Maybe I should try two sports bras. My Multi-Bra Boob Control System consists of a regular bra (one out of regular circulation) under a sport bra.

The uniboob is an unfortunate side effect. It creates issues with my seat belt when I drive to and from the gym.

You can burn a ton of calories on those Eliptical's! :ninja:

I did the bike lastnight for 40 minutes and it read that I burned 760 calories!

I would never have guessed that much. :dunno:

Shoot it my way. :dunno: I am kind of trapped in the 2 to 3 mile at a snails pace twice (sometimes 3 times) a week.

I invested in some really great regular bras, and I won't wear those when I work out. I think the brand is "Chantelle" or something. My sports bras at Target aren't that much $$$ and so getting two isn't that big a deal.

I work out at home, so don't need to worry about driving anywhere.

I HATE the uni-boob thing. I would actually wear sports bras more often if it didn't create that uni boob look.

As for transformation pictures, we will see. I have one from a LONG time ago, *IF* I can dig it up, I will post it, but it's around 6 years old.

Those calculators aren't always right. There is a website out there that works much better. Most of the calculators on the machines don't take into account your true weight, unless you enter your actual weight every time.

760 is a LOT...I hope you're eating enough to not be burning muscle, too.
