***OFFICIAL*** NY Giants vs. Tampa Bay Bucs

Recommended Posts

I think the Giants will go in to Tampa Bay and beat the Bucs. This is a perfect first round matchup for the Giants, as it's in warm weather, and Tampa is not overly impressive. Let's go Giants.

I value your opinion, however the Giants aren't overly impressive themselves. You are playing an away game and the Bucs have much more playoff experience than the Giants. Eli has never won a playoff game. Bucs win because they will be much more rested and being at home is huge for this team.

You are right that the Bucs are more experienced than the Giants. However, the Giants were 7-1 on the road this year, so I don't forsee them having a big problem playing in Tampa. Also, Eli seems to play much worse in the cold weather, and Tampa should be nice and toasty. If the Giants got any momentum from last night's game (and I think they may have), then they should play well this upcoming week.

It will be a good hard hitting football game. That is for sure.

i've got the Bucs to win this one, but anything could happen. if the giants can get brenda going early, take some pressure off baby face, it could be a good day for the g-men.

eli actually looks pretty good, but theres still another half for him to feck up! both defenses look pretty tough today. g-men pass rush is keepin garcia on his fancy bly toes.

lotta dropped balls. overall not really impressed with either offense. is it just me, or does brenda looks slower today then he's ever looked?

really dont care who wins. either team is fodder for the Cowboys.

While true, Eli has never won a playoff game, he is a Manning. Which means he was born and bred to be a NFL QB. Peyton had trouble in the playoffs early in his career as many QBs have. Not that I think the Giants will make the Super Bowl, I predicted they win today and next week as well in the Geek Board playoff thread, for what ever that is worth.

That guy on the sidelines slugging gatoraide looked like he was focked, as far as being worn out goes.

Should have been a loss there, but Bradshaw made something out of nothing.

A Super Bowl halftime show without some lame fock in it. Tom Petty will be a huge improvement over any halftime show in recent memory.

What do you guys think of the NYG RB situation next year?

RBBC?

With so many teams doing that, I wouldn't be surprised if that is the case.

I like the way Bradshaw runs and what he brings to the table....seems like a nice 1-2 punch for teh Giants...

Fantasy Owners....not so much.
