SOPCast - Need Help With Online Streaming NFL Games This Year

Hi guys - didn't do the online games last year so how is it this year? I remember the year before last there was a website that listed what channels what games were on SOPcast. Is that still the best way to do it? If not - what is? If so - does anyone have a link to the websites I'll need?
