RamslovaMartzhata 3 Posted November 4, 2008 Rosenfels has done very well in relief of Schaub in the past and had a solid 2 TD performance in filling in Sunday (tough match-up off the bat against Baltimore though?) Olovsky and Thigpen are averaging a very solid 20 pts a game or so in the last three weeks. - Edit: Didn't realize Orlovsky got hurt... take him off the list. Culpepper to Calvin possibly? Quinn hasn't proven anything, but he does have weapons (arguably), and swiss cheese is a better D than Denver's right now Grossman didn't have great numbers by a yardage/completion stand point, but he led his team to a come from behind win, and did score 2 TD's And Fitzpatrick put up fantasy relevant numbers last week (bye this week though) I had Anderson backing up Campbell for most of the season and am looking for a bye week fill in. As these guys are on fairly inept teams... I haven't had a chance to see them play much. Right now I am leaning towards Orlovsky who gets a seemingly declining Jags (especially in pass defense) at home.

Daunte Culpepper will get the start on Sunday
BarNinja 1 Posted November 4, 2008 If it's just for this week, I would lean towards Thigpen. He has put up passable numbers in his two starts and goes against a very shoddy SD pass D. Maybe I'm just being a KC homer but I think the kid has a little spark. He's at least turned the Chiefs from an abomination to a team that shows some competence. I wouldn't trust him the rest of the way but his matchup is favorable until after Campbell's bye.
kujerry 9 Posted November 4, 2008 I was wondering the same question.......I already have cutler and just picked up B. Quinn but have a feeling about Sage. Wondering who would be better. I am even thinking of picking up both just to keep other owners from having them. I have one spot left. But how has a better upside. I think Sage has good targets in A. Johnson and K. Walter with atough matchup this weekend. I think B. Quinn is unproven but he has been a back up in a system that hes been learning and practicing at along with some good targets. Sgt_Russia 0 Posted November 4, 2008 Rosenfels is your best bet out of that crew. The Ravens are vulnerable through the air and the Texans have plenty of talent in the passing game. And Thigpen isn't a bad idea. I hadn't really noticed, but the last few weeks he's put up actual NFL Qb-caliber numbers. Grossman and Fitzpatrick? I'd ignore them. And Orlovsky was showing some promise, but he's no longer an option due to injury.
Wally Cleaver 0 Posted November 4, 2008 Check out KC's schedule.... I think Thigpen has a chance to be a huge surprise down the stretch...
smashmouths@blf 33 Posted November 4, 2008 I'm starting Thigpen this week and I actually have a good feeling about it.
