DRAFT RANDOM COMMENTS

Look I'm not going to keep going back an forth on this -- maybe your team was the greatest thing ever assembled as you seem to think - I thought it wasn't as good you seem to think it was - what the fock differnce does it make? Jeebus youre focking touchy

I wouldnt say the "greatest" but its was solid. Just defending my draft strategy against posters calling my deal a bad trade. Thats all

you should know that eveytime Moz pats a team on the back that team usually ends up sucking and a lot of times when he rips on a team that team ends up making Moz his b1tch.

Kind of a curse thing?

I like Felix, but he's the clear #2. Barber can do everything Felix can do and he's got the power to take the goalline carries.

I was pretty sure he wouldn't make it to me so I made the trade here. I like how my team is looking so far with AJ, Slaton, and Barber. All three were considerations for me in the first round.

Boy will it be a long wait till 4.12....

I like the addai pick. I think he is a good value pick this season. The RB playing behind manning has always produced, no reason to think that this upcoming season is going to be an exception.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones confirmed that the team is considering moving Felix Jones into the starting lineup with Marion Barber going back to his pre-2008 "closer" role.

The owner was careful to emphasize that Barber will still be heavily involved in the offense, but this confirms our suspicions that Felix Jones will be worked in more in 2009. Barber's 248 touches to Julius Jones' 167 in 2007 may be a good baseline for Barber vs. Felix Jones and Tashard Choice in 2009.

This is may be good or bad for barber?

I had (on my list) AD at #1 and Addai at #14... So I'm happy keeping these two hommies for many years to come  MB

ps. A year ago Addai was a top 5 or 6th ranked RB, I think his numbers from 2008 were just a fluke... IMO

In that offense, he will spend a lot of time "tap taping" the goal line  MB

ps. Good OL' Warren Sapp... He never met a bag of weed he didn't like, or an all you can eat buffet... ;)

Funny Moz... I felt the same exact way... I was hoping to land either one at 24... I like how it turned out in the end... MB

Definitely could have played it safer here, but Marshall was available here only because of the uncertainty of the Cutler situation and his latest off the field incident (which I think goes away with no suspension). Worth the risk IMO............

He was not going make past me, Cutler or no Cutler... He does come with some risks fo' sure, but he can play WR like a mofo when his head is on straight... MB

Marshall could be facing an 8 game suspension. That's the risk IMO, not so much the Cutler situation

I doubt that will occur, the police dismissed those charges the very next day, and said he shouldn't have even been charged in the first place... Not to say he won't still pull a bone head move between now and August... He very will could... MB

just being arrested is enough to be considered breaching the NFLs personal conduct policy, and he was already on thin ice with the league. It's possible nothing comes of it but I don't think his latest incident has been reviewed yet so the risk is definitely there. Of course so is the reward....

Definately the biggest risk with Marshall, The Calendar. It being only March 22nd he has many more days with free time on his hands. Plenty of chance to get himself in trouble. He is a stud and I almost took him at 2.2.

Totally disagree (or I wouldn't have taken him) on this point. You can be arrested pretty easily (from what I hear) in the situation Marshall got involved in. This just wasn't that serious from the accounts I read. Girlfriend gets mad, exaggerates the situation and cops put the cuffs on. Plus, the players union is putting pressure on the rights of the commish to suspend players on strictly his discresion. I think this goes away without missing games. Christ, if Lynch gets only a game or two for packing a firearm and being in a car with dope, then this is slap on the wrist material.

My bigger concern is what others have said about the amount of free time he has between now and training camp.

Anyway, I understood that Wayne would have been a safer pick. Stay tuned...........

do we know that Lynch is only missing one or two games? I know that's what rotoworld was speculating

Just speculation from different sources. Plus he had the hit and run last year.............

If Marshall does get suspended, Lynch should get at least twice as many..........................

Steve said they have the trade function turned off during the draft (lame) so you just have to email your trading victim and post any acceptance...........

He is on spring break in Brazil. He did not know how much internet access he would have, so I really don't know. He told Steve about this when the start date was set.

My guess is he will find an internet cafe to login from time to time during the week. Just don't know when.
