eaglefan79 0 Posted September 19, 2010 I dont have any late options, so wondering if I should wait
pantherb99 0 Posted September 19, 2010 He is a game time decision, flew with team and will be in Indy. I hate this too, my other options are Mike Williams (TB) & Sims-Walker. I have a sneaky suspicion that he doesn't play although he said after Friday's practice that he was..... Who f'in knows.....
sozopol 1 Posted September 19, 2010 I think he will play but who knows how productive he will be. I personally will keep him on the bench in favor of Collie. Since they play each other, I will get to see first hand how smart/stupid/lucky/unlucky I am.
Flgatorguy87 160 Posted September 19, 2010 I was really wanting to play him because I love the matchup, but I just pulled him in favor of Floyd. I have no other options late and the guy I am playing has great matchups, so I can't afford a goose egg.
pantherb99 0 Posted September 19, 2010 ProFootballTalk.com is reporting that he stands a good chance to play. What tha heck, I'm starting him and I'll have my fingers crossed!!!

The Hood 9 Posted September 19, 2010 Nicks returned to practice on a limited basis Friday, but said his ankle wasn't limited at all. "Early in the week it was bothering me when I'd go to the right a little bit," Nicks said. "But now I'm going every direction fine." Nicks was officially listed as questionable but Tom Coughlin said it "looks like he's headed in the right direction." TennisMenace 156 Posted September 19, 2010 Well, he traveled with the team so that probably means he is playing. He says he is fine, so that should mean something. I'm sure he will be active. The bigger question for me is how well will he play? He says he can move in either direction, so do I believe him? If I go with Nicks, I'm out of options. I won't be able to change this up 30 minutes before kick off if by some reason he is inactive. Not an easy call, plus I think NYG will try and should be able to run the ball and kill the clock to keep Peyton off the field. I personally don't think this is a good play. I may bench him for one of the Williams boys or Naanee.
Old School 360 Posted September 19, 2010 Also not convinced this is a great play this week. I may have to roll with TO as WR3. I just can't gamble on GTD this week. I'm in a tough match up and need points- a goose egg would kill me.
idiotec 31 Posted September 19, 2010 Damn it, I am thinking about just sticking him in there and taking the risk. Otherwise it's Gaffney or Dez...
BTL99 34 Posted September 19, 2010 ESPN just reported that he actually hurt his ankle early in last weeks game and then he went on to score 3 td's. I guess he played with a broken toe last year too. Hicks and Coughlin are optimistic that he is going to play. I'm starting him.

Bowe and after his 1 point crapfest on MNF last week I'd rather start a gimpy Nicks.

Quickolas1 80 Posted September 19, 2010 Damn it, I am thinking about just sticking him in there and taking the risk. Otherwise it's Gaffney or Dez... if I bench Nicks it's for Gaffney. have a few more hours before that decision has to be made. gut says Nicks plays...since it is a huge game in national spotlight. Sunday night? He would risk further injury and suit up
Gepetto 1,192 Posted September 19, 2010 I'm starting Nicks in the flex over Shonn Greene and Jerome Harrison.
sameo98 0 Posted September 19, 2010 per Fanball.com Giants: Report: Hakeem Nicks starting tonight The News ESPN's Sal Paolantonio reports that Hakeem Nicks (ankle) will start for the Giants tonight. Our View That's a huge get for the G-Men. Nicks caught all three of Eli Manning's touchdown passes a week ago, and he'll be a big part of trying to start 2-0 win a win over the Colts. Start him as you normally would.
