Thanir 0 Posted October 8, 2010 Gage is out and Britt should see more targets. I have Collie but it looks like he is going to be out and I would like to grab Britt to plug him in this week. I have Maclin and Dez on my bench, but don’t think I can drop either of them, so that leaves one of my backup rb’s. I can drop Green-Ellis, Tolbert, or T Jones. T. Jones is still getting touches, so I think I keep him. Do I go ahead and drop Tolbert? I don’t own Mathews, and Mathews should start getting more touches this week. BigTime311 0 Posted October 8, 2010 NO, do not drop Tolbert for Britt unless Tolbert gets injured. Play Dez over Britt and do not drop anyone. Dez plays on a high powered passing offense with a top 5 QB. Britt on the other hand plays on a rushing offense with a terrible passing QB (fantasy statistics wise, i'm a longhorn). Mathews could just as easily get injured again, which would increase Tolbert's touches so I would hold onto him.
BTL99 34 Posted October 8, 2010 I definitely wouldn't do that.......I wouldn't even want Britt on my team.
sirwinzalot 1 Posted October 8, 2010 HELL NO! I put somebody on your bench in before I'd drop Tolbert at this point, the guys on your bench can do just as well as Britt if not better, no need to drop a RB with value to somebody else in the league. Tolbert should be in your starting lineup against OAK.
