Maclin vs Randy Moss for rest of year?

Recommended Posts

I was also going to start a Randy Moss trade thread. I don't like the situation that has developed in MN and am trying to pawn him off. So far, I've been declined by Wayne, Andre Johnson and Calvin Johnson owners and am considering trying to dump him for Jennings and the like. Is he still marketable or should we just ride it out?

If Favre can't go maybe Jackson can find him the ball. I remember him overthrowing everyone when he used to start so maybe he will gel well with Moss. I have Maclin and would trade him for Moss at this point but I'm not totally sold on Maclin. He's good but seems to disappear when he faces a good secondary.

I'm also tempted to try to deal Randy for Maclin, especially since I have Vick. But in some games he blows up, others he disappears. Moss will at least get looks regardless of who is throwing the ball.

By the end of the season, Moss will find a way to 1000 yards and 12 TDs.

Cuz that what he do.

Will Maclin? I have both so I hope he does, but doubt it.

Seriously???? Come on now, I know Randy has been down but he is still scoring TD's. The yards will come, and he will end up in the top 10 WR's.

Randy Moss is 33 years old and he just moved from Tom Brady with his biggest competition being Wes Welker to Brett Favre (if lucky) with competition of Percy Harvin and Sidney Rice. Not to mention he stopped trying when he was on a garbage team in Oakland and that is exactly where Minnesota is headed this year. His range is WR 15-30, probably more towards 30, so I would trade him as soon as possible.
