I just traded Matt Ryan

and larry fitzgerald for L.Mccoy and vincent jackson. In a 2qb ppr league. That leaves me with a team full of er's at qb.... Locker,palmer and cutler...can the er's get it done?

 

It leaves me with a pretty good roster i think.

However, I think we can agree that Shady will get better and Matt Ryan just had his best game of the year. Good buy low/sell high combo IMO.

Oh I was hoping the guy I was trading with was basing it on that slate of games. Ryan is a great qb but in a league where ej manual scored 17 I can easily get away with the qbs i have and get 20 to 25 on avg. I have NOOOO faith in larry at all after that last game. On the flip side mccoy becomes by default rb2 behind forte and jackson will slide into a starting spot as my 3rd wr in a rotation.

In a 2-QB league, QBs have greater value than RBs and WRs. There's only so many of them.

Of course it's a good trade. McCoy's a higher value than Ryan, and Vincent and Fitz are at least comparable, although I'd prefer Vincent, so in both pairs, you got the better deal.

this is the reason I was able to swing it. There is literally not a single starter OR legit backup on my wire and this guy had eli(13 points) and ej manual(17 points) Ryan had 40.

Ryan lost his start starting RT and I think backup RT. Don't know the severity of the injuries though.

Two starting QB league , and you just traded away one of the top QBS . Bad move IMO

I was weak at rb2 and I think Vjax is a pretty good upgrade over fitz. while i did give up a lot at qb i also feel comfortable with how the other 3 can perform. all I need them to be is league avg or better and based on matchups ill play 2 of the 3 every week for a floor of 20 points. I really feel like locker is going to break out with a connection to hunter and the need to throw the ball.
