The recipe includes ground beef, chuck roast, fire roasted tomatoes, assorted fire roasted peppers, and whatever spices I'm feeling the day I make it. I may top it off with a little fresh cilantro and onions. No cheese and no sour cream. We're located in New Buffalo, MI, about a mile from Lake Michigan.
