Actually, there is one guy who deserves his own colossal sausage to suffocate on. Golden "so worthless for six weeks that his mother would have dropped his ass" Taint, who waited until I cut him to show up. His 21 pts this week would have allowed me to cruise into the finals. While I wasn't excited about Jordan Matthews numbers today I don't have a FU...yea, San Diego going ultra conservative hurt Rivers some, but he nearly matched my opponents QB. And where I will lose (if I do) will be at RB, where my opponent got monster games from Johnson and Shady. My guys, Howard and Miller, did fine. I won't complain about their numbers. If I lose and barring two very good games from Kelvin Benjamin and Jordan Reed (not likely, but possible I guess) I will lose...to a team that just got better numbers this week. There was no move I really could have made. Me sticking in Howard for Lat Murray and Travis Benjamin for Malcolm Mitchell were nice moves that AT LEAST give me a chance, slim as it may be tomorrow.

FU to my commish. Two years in a row he's failed to reseed after round one. Last year, I lost the SB to a team I should have beaten on round 2. This year as the, once again #1 seed, I should have played the 6 seed in round 2, but he didn't reseed and I will lose again. Had he reseeded and I played who I should have, I would have won.

 

I don't like to quit and he's a friend, but that's two years straight that I've spent a whole year to earn the 1 seed only to lose because I don't get to play who I should have.

It makes sense. If you're the 1 seed and have a bye in round one of the playoffs and the 6 seed beats the 3 seed, why should you play the winner of the 4/5 game? As the 1 seed, you've earned the right to play lowest remaining seed.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the NFL the only major league that reseeds? NBA doesn't, and the NHL recently got rid of it (MLB doesn't need it due to the number of teams). I prefer the bracket format.

If your league rule is to reseed then you have a point.

You're the one that brought up "the leagues," to me implying that reseeding was the best way to do things. "Our little game" is based on the NFL, but it is not the NFL. Do the NFL playoffs occur in weeks 15 & 16? Does the NFL award points for yards gained?

Don't mean to be a buzz-kill, but I was last to qualify for our playoffs and the 2 guys I've beat were the 2 highest scoreers in our league for the season. Dumb luck? Hellya, but I'll take it. I felt lucky to get into playoffs! See if Ol' man Rivers can smoke Browns this next week. AJ Green? Nope, not gonna play him, ODB and D Thomas instead-maybe I'll pick up Garcon in place of DT. I wish my league reseeded because the 6 seed just kicked my ass(I'm 2nd seed). I would have played the higher seed and probably would win.

FOCK, FOCK I was the #2 seed and lost to the #5 seed by 19. I had Cousins, Crowder, and JStew playing last night - only needed 2 TDs combined out of those 3 and focking zero TDs. ZERO. What a fine time for Cousins/Crowder to sh!t the bed.

 

Oh yeah, Sam Bradford and any offensive Viking not named Rudolph: go fock yourselves. Can't move the ball against the horrible Colts which means the D is on the field basically the whole game and gets me a -2 for the week.
