Japanese hibachi cooking question.

Ok...so whats in the squirt bottles.

 

One is oil

One is soy sauce for rice

One is thicker and brown..used on chicken right before serving. Im assuming its teryaki.

One for steak ??

One for seafood.??

 

Anyone have any ideas?

Interwebs has a thousand different guesses.

 

Dont care about yum yum sauce..im about the ones they use during cooking.

The garlic butter is the key not the squeeze bottles. :thumbsup:

1 is likely just water.

1 may be saki to use in the cooking.

you covered the rest. Oil, Soy and Teryaki.

Some also have a ginger sauce.

 

In the bowls

butter, garlic and sometimes a ginger mash

Im talking about the steak or chicken or shrimp sauces they use when cooking..they are diffrent bottles and different colors. I know the oil..water and saki..and soy sauce ones.

 

Im talking about the ones they squirt on steak right before serving..the flavor one
