wiffleball 4,759 Posted February 18, 2019 I remember a buddy of mine when we were kids we went to California. His parents friends owned a vineyard. Probably the simplest meal I ever had. But they grew their own lemons grown garlic obviously their own grapes for wine. Sitting out in the middle of a vineyard beautiful evening, grilled steaks with a salad dressing that had to be nothing more than good olive oil oh, oh yeah they made their own olives too, fresh garlic ground, salt and pepper. I could not eat enough salad. Even more than the steak I remember the salad just because of that dressing. I eaten n some very nice places that were incredibly expensive.
