It's really easy to just see stock downgraded (from "outperform" to "market perform") and say "Oh see I was right derrr....." But when you see the factors and what the analysts actually said it paints a more complete picture in that essentially- they see that Disney is spending a lot of money right now to improve things at the parks but the ROI on them will be years away. So for the short term they are stepping away stock wise. 

But when you have a narrative you want to push you ignore reality. You also need to ignore that the stock price is up 10 dollars a share over 2 months ago and down from their traditional highs leading into summer touring season....and you also have to be sad enough to try and keep digging up threads so you can score Internet points. But that is Hardcore Autism's whole schtick here
