I’m not from China but Bidens directive states that students are to be able to use the bathroom that they identify with. Just like Obama’s did.

It's not violation if they are setting up stalls in bathrooms for privacy so people can use the bathroom they want in a private fashion.

No, the directive says they can use the bathroom whose gender they identify with.  The nurses office thing is in violation of the directive. And the private stalls issue is nice, but if the bathroom is still designated male or female the transgender student can still use the facility, to include locker rooms, of their choice. Is everyone going to get a private stall in the locker room as well? Private showers?

If I had seen a litter box at school, I suspect that I wouldn't have a clue as to why it was there.. After coming up with blanks, if you'd have told me anything in the realm of plausibility, I'd likely have believed it.  It's not a perfect "what if" because I already had the benefit of the answer before trying to figure out the reason.

You have to click the link. It's there. They put it there for active shooter scenarios. 

I can imagine how this whole thing went down. You start with some state/federal mandatory active shooter drill training. Somebody says "what happens if the kids have to go to the bathroom during active shooter lockdown?" Someone brainstorms an idea. Boom! litter boxes in the closet.

Then some teenager sees litterboxes in the closet and wonders WTF they're doing there.  They come up with the furries explanation. Take a picture send it to their senator. Soon we're talking about it on lightly trafficked fantasy football websites.
