Why is tickling not allowed in UFC? At least for the women.

Never followed or even watched a UFC match, but I'd question why anyone would even think that would be a good idea.  Being ticklish is a mental thing.  The vast majority of adults are not ticklish so it seems like you would be doing yourself more harm than good by putting yourself that close to a person fighting you, when you're not even putting up a valid defense.
