I'm trying to figure out... this thing came out so glowingly for Trump, that it seems like it might be intentional.  The DNC funded Trump-backed candidates in 2022, this is not in contention. And CNN's ratings/success were much better with Trump in the picture. But such a successful 4D chess move seems unlikely.  Hmm...

Yeah I don’t get the allure to the grabbing pussay jokes, his complete separation from reality on issues like the election loss, the cultist like followers with all the outfits, his over the top cheesy shtick. It’s super odd to me for sure.

Many of his policies are standard conservative stuff that I would simply disagree with politically.

He takes these stances so he can negotiate with the bad guys by not calling them bad publicly.  He doesn't want to default, it's a ploy to get Dem Congress to cave.  He wants votes to get elected so he's not going to tell a group of white people their racist scum.  Putin statements are to negotiate geopolitically in favor of the U.S.  His environmental policies make the U.S. energy dependent, and thriving economically.

The establishment, mostly the Left but both sides, have ignored blue collar people for some time, telling them not to worry about their factories and jobs disappearing, we'll just tax people and give you money to live!  Problem is, that's not what these folks want.  They want meaning.  Trump resonated with them.  He wasn't from the swamp.  He's crass and unpolished like them, not like the people who have been feeding them shiot sandwiches for years and calling it roast beef.  And in his time in office, he helped them out.

Now, in your movie, Trump doesn't care about these people at all and is just in it for himself.  I would argue that this was incorrect -- the entire reason he got into this in the first place was that he saw this problem.  I would further argue that Trump knows the names and lives of the people close to him, whereas Hillary couldn't tell you even the name of the person who drove her every day.  

Personally I believe that Trump has since lost this; his narcissism has taken over, and it has become more about him than the people he started out to support.  But I'm explaining his allure to so many people.

The DNC and establishment Democrats made what amounts to a resource management decision. They abandoned poor white rural Christian Americans because they simply didn't come out to vote and stayed that way for a very long time. The trade off was seen as digestible as other voting blocks simply gave them better polling, fundraising and actual voter returns election after election. 

But now poor white rural Christian voters have mobilized like never before. Which is why you see this non stop push in the activist complicit MSM to denounce every single perceived shred of "White Nationalism" and "White Supremacy" and "Systemic Racism"  They don't want black voters and LGBT voters and single issue anti-2A voters to actually listen to the other side and hear them out. Also they need a convenient scapegoat for not delivering for working class America. 

The best predictive indicator of future voting is previous voting. Once you first time voters into the system, they start the pathway to becoming "reliable" voters for the Party ID. Which is also why there is a hard LGBT+ push by Team Blue. The returns for 2020 was that LGBT had a turnout rate of about 89 percent from those who registered. That is a staggering turnout. Also about 79 percent of them voted for Democrats and about 25 percent of their total ranks were first time voters. It's also why there's a clear strategy to push LGBT concepts into schools and into children at a young age. The black community offered legacy Democrat votes ( i.e. black parents and grandparents told their kids to vote Democrat, so when those kids grew up to be adults, they did what their parents did) but the LGBT community can't have their own children. So they must put that "imprint" on young children early on. This is not much different than cigarette companies giving away free cigarettes to GIs during WW2. They built an entire generation of legacy customers. Those GIs came home and smoked. And the kids in those households also smoked too because smoking was normalized. 

Team Blue has "buyers remorse" They are upset that they intentionally walked away and abandoned poor white rural Christian America and now it's coming back to bite them in the ass. Why do you think no government agency really gives a single damn about the homeless, even homeless veterans? They don't vote. They can't be milked for fund raising. The elderly community was also discarded until they mobilized as an actual voting block. 

The Democratic Party is no longer the Party of the masses. It's now a filter point for overeducated typically wealthier college graduates with above average earning power mostly residing in Big Blue Cities. Krystal Ball from Breaking Points and formerly of MSNBC ( white, female, from a wealthy family, overeducated, has never worked a real grind it out blue collar job in her entire life, has never had to clip coupons to make it, etc, etc) is more of an archetype for the current Democratic Party than the average barely making it working class black single mother or Asian immigrant or poor food service worker. Pete Buttigieg just tells people to fix their problems with inflation by just going out and buying an electric car. How tone deaf does that sound? 

Katie Porter ( HOR-D/CA) is the closest thing the current Democratic Party has to someone in Congress who sounds like they actually have some concern for the material needs for every day people who are basically a paycheck and a half away from being homeless. And the DNC would never let someone like Porter, or Tulsi Gabbard, rise up because they can't be fully controlled. 

Trump was just at the right place at the right time. Even Kellyanne Conway admits that openly. He was "disruptive" in a timeline where lots of average people were openly despising the "establishment" This was also a byproduct of the information age. You can't hide your BS to working class people anymore. It's too hard to hide it like in the days of the rotary phone. The push against the current Democratic Party is more about their abandonment of average blue collar people. Then the anger comes from Team Blue's insistence to keep gaslighting those same people and tell them that they are "deplorables" for pointing out they were abandoned. 

Trump is a grifter. He is hard wired to seek out the best places to be a grifter. But just because he's an exhausting grifter and dirtbag doesn't mean he's wrong about a lot of things. Especially his criticisms of the MSM and the establishment. 

Here's what Trump understands that the DNC clearly is too arrogant to accept - If you are going to be a complete parasite, then you won't get far killing your host. 

Trump is a parasite. But he's not going to massacre the working class. Because that's stupid. That's the lifeblood of where Trump gets his wealth and external validation. 

Team Blue however seems convinced they can absolutely drag the American working class through the gutter and still increase their power and profit without any repercussions. That's just wildly narcissistic and plain stupid. You have to be a total imbecile to screw up being a parasite. But the current DNC has found a way.
