If Trump wins, then it's a media and political firestorm that won't end. The establishment Democrats and radical left have no respect for "norms" anymore. In effect, it might end up just like the "state sanctioned" social and cultural terrorism we saw ignored and egged on during the 2020 "Summer Of Love" 

It's just easier if DeSantis wins and he goes after everyone. His version of "settling all old debts" won't go as far as Trump's ego would. 

I'm just plain tired of Trump. I'm tired of the baggage he brings. If he says that much of what happened to him politically was unfair, I'd say a decent moderate portion of it was clearly unfair. I also will hold he brought a lot of problems onto himself and he didn't do a single shred of anything to make his time as POTUS any easier. He just saw himself as a hammer and everyone around him as a bunch of nails. That was fine to win POTUS during the campaign in 2016. But it's not a practical way to govern. And his exhausting grifter BS robbed the credit for the actual good policy that came from his administration. 

Do I think the 2020 general cycle was a "Free And Fair Election"? No, I believe BOTH SIDES cheated as much as possible and as much as they thought they could get away with it, except Team Blue and the DNC had a larger share of control because of their roots in Big Education, Big Social Media, Big Tech, Hollywood and most of the MSM. Had Trump just seethed in private and not gone on to that idiotic J6 situation, he would be in a prime position now to win 2024 with ease. 

If the DNC sets partisan and corrupt traps for Trump, then Trump also does his part by walking into them. 

If Biden wins, people are going to die. Innocent every day working class people are going to die. Just like they are dying now because of his incompetence and corruption.

It's very likely political civil war is inevitable at this point no matter what. But removing Trump and Biden from professional politics by 2024 will at least likely delay that chaos for a while.

The problem with DeSantis, he may be anti-woke and will fight some of the surface issue, he is still an establishment guy who does not realize just how corrupt and powerful the bureaucratic machine and their mega-corporate co-conspirstors have become.  Trump gets it, but he is clueless on how to fix it.  IMHO, RFK jr. is the one who understands the problem and understands the solution.  

The people need to unit against the real problem.  The corporate-government establishment want to keep the people divided.  They work hard to make the issue:  Black vs. White, woke v. normal, left vs. right, dem vs. Rep.   People on both sides need to rebel against the corruption of our institutions:  FBI/CIA/DHS/NSA/IRS, Big Tech, Big Parma, Big Oil, industrial war complex..

So much of what you write here is based on your assumption that this indictment is entirely political and directed by Joe Biden. And in making this assumption, you seem to have a lot of company- I would suspect most conservatives, certainly all Trump supporters, and the leadership of the Republican Party (see Kevin McCarthy’s comments.) 

But outside of conservatives, there is a wholly different reality, where this is NOT political, Biden has kept his distance from the Justice Department, and Trump has been indicted because the government believes it has no other option if they mean to uphold the law.
