But that has nothing to do with this indictment. If you believe the DNC had influence over it, you have to believe that our entire Department of Justice is corrupt, that the independent counsel is corrupt. And in order to believe this you have to believe that our entire government is corrupt and deliberately lies to us all the time, in league with the news media and that it’s all a facade. Perhaps you do believe this. If you do, nothing that I can write or show you will change your mind. I did not take you to be a wacko conspiracy theorist of the jon mx variety. You don't need to believe that the entire DOJ is corrupt, nor do I think the independent counsel needs to be corrupt, as I don't believe he makes the final call on an indictment.

Look, the worst case scenario for Trump is still better than the best case scenario with Hillary, and she is the bar for treatment of high-level officials in this situation.  She willfully and intentionally set up an ongoing non-secure server.  Best case, foreign agents didn't penetrate it.  Then in the end she destroyed the server.

Unless they intend to prove that Trump provided or attempted to provide secret information to foreign agents, nothing he did approaches what she got a free pass on.

That is one reason that some of us are rolling our eyes at indictment # 923479801 for Trump.  He's the leading candidate for the Republican nomination for fock's sake.
