Amazon locks man out of his smart home

Recommended Posts

We have now gotten to the point where companies will lock your devices and homes if you don’t comply. Apparently, an Amazon delivery driver in Baltimore was delivering a package and claimed he heard “racist remarks” coming from the doorbell. He reported it and Amazon locked the man’s account and devices. Apparently, the driver had on headphones during the time and when he pressed the doorbell all it said was “hello, how can we help you?” In an automated voice. Add to the fact, the homeowner is also black AND when the incident occurred no one was home. It took over a week for them to finally unlock everything of his.
Does this not scare you???

He wasn't locked out of his home

Also nothing to do with "not complying"

And yes that was excessive and hopefully won't happen in the future.

This is why the government wants electric currency and electric vehicles. You'll be locked out of those too, if you're not a good boy.

I live in a dumb house.

But seriously, it should concern people, but it seems the masses insist on learning the hard way.

It’s only going to get worst, no matter who’s in office.

The driver was probably high. Lots of them are.
