Same here. My kids loves Mr. Beast. A lot of his videos are pretty good. I had to sit my kid down and tell him that Chris has a mental health defect that makes him think he is a woman. Dude is wearing crop tops and bright girl shorts in the last video. I am not going to just let him think that nonsense is normal because it is not.

Imagine his poor kid. Not knowing where daddy went and seeing some strange woman show up and pretend to be his "other mother".

Is Tyson still in most of the videos?

It is Mr. beast, chandler,  carl and what used to pass as chris but is now some super strange creature that belongs in a traveling circus.

I know who Mr Beast is but I don’t know a ton about him. I’ve seen some vids where it’s just like “hey I’m giving you a car because I’m rich” or “spend X days in this room and everyday we remove an item and but you get money each day you last”.

So did he start from nothing and build his wealth through his YouTube channel and his schtick became doing expensive shiit? Or was he a rich kid who started with that same schtick just on a lesser level?

side note there was a restaurant near me that had a big sign “Mr Beast Burgers sold here!”  It recently closed. But it did prompt me to google and see he has a burger biz

Started from nothing.  There are a couple interesting docs on his story.  I think the first ever company to pay him to advertise gave him $1,000 and he gave it all to a homeless dude which went viral, and that kinda became his MO as it does seem he really does want to help people, and has a separate channel just for philanthropy.

The Tyson thing is interesting.  Basically I think “Chris” was his best friend as a kid and did help him build the channel, although obviously MrBeast did most of the heavy lifting.  But MrBeast is kinda in a no win situation here, if he doesn’t put Tyson in the videos anymore he’ll get accused of betraying his best friend or being anti-trans or whatever, if he does then he gets accused of “supporting a mental illness” or “grooming kids to be trans,” especially since his channel is big with kids and it’s literally the most watched YouTube channel in the world.

Perfect analysis, I think you're spot on. He's in a tough spot, he has to appease all parties or lose Subs, Sponsors, marketing opportunities, etc. I guess sprinkle in a little "Chris" from time to time but don't over do it. That's about all he can do.

It is just so strange to see him go from being a normal everyday dude to clearly trying to pass as a female but failing sooo sooo bad. It is interesting to see what he thinks a woman is. It is not enough for his mental illness to say yea. I identify as a woman. He has to try to dress up as his ideal woman which includes basically wearing clothes a hooker would wear. Hot pants, crop tops, gaudy nail polish. I feel for mr. beast but I really feel for the family he left behind. Because doctors refuse to diagnose this correctly his kid is not going to be able to grow up having a dad.  If chris had bulimia and went to the bathroom to throw up after every meal would everyone around him just accept that this was him being his "authentic self" or would they encourage him to seek help for his clear mental illness?

It is strange. He had a wife, kid and seemed like a pretty normal dude from the older videos. Something happened and the dude lost it. He left his wife and kid to hang out with Tranny Pornstars. There's some very disturbing videos of him out there

He seems to have had some type of break with reality. You used to call this a midlife crisis. Though most involved buying a car or banging an 18 year old .

Yeah, we know what happened: mental illness.  This IS a mental illness, of that there is ZERO debate.

I don't know why we cater to mental illness instead of helping or curing it.

How would you cure this individual?

"helping OR curing it."  If we can't cure it, then we provide them with a nice room at the institution.  We certainly shouldn't be expecting everyone else on the planet to ignore reality or science to keep them sane.

Make them write “I am not a woman” on a chalkboard 100 times?

So "helping" for you = institution?

So anyone that questions their gender should be imprisoned in a mental health institution?  Does it extend past gender?  Maybe anyone who questions anything about your world view?

It seems the baseline from his post is people who ignore reality or science.   Wouldn't that apply to a large number of religious folk?

You would think so.  Anti-vaxers, flat earthers, our Speaker of the house that ignores science and denies evolution.  Imprison them all.

Just curious, as I am tired of catering to their beliefs and demands as well.  Maybe a compromise can be struck with these institutions?  ;)

If not the religious overall, I can warm up to a cut off of flat-earthers and creationists in there with the transsexuals in Eternal's scenario.  There are compromises to be had.

The people saying that religion (which is theory), and gender (which is fact), should be equally assessed, are the Democrats.

People who question their gender should be under a phycologist's care.  If it's in a mental institution, so be it.   That will certainly weed out the true gender dysphoria types and those who are, posers(?), if that's the right word.  I think the vast majority of "transgenders" are people who are overly emotional to the plights of the vast minority of gender dysphoric and homosexual community.  My assertion is that it's an overwhelming sense of guilt and societal pressure to accept the LGB community and why the "TQIAA" need to be separated.  The people with gender dysphoria don't need to be in a mental institution.  I think in/out patient sessions with a psychologist is enough and if gender transition is the right course of action for those people as adults, then so be it.  The rest, yeah, I think they have severe mental health issues.  An institution may be the answer.  Though, I think removing the Democrat party leadership and their media PR department from being a vocal catalyst in the country would remove that need, but I don't think we can get rid of that scum.

I never said they should be equally assessed and I also didn't frame the discussion in an idiotic way like Eternal constantly does.   I thought the baseline of not catering to people who "ignore reality or science" was funny and I'd be happy to throw the religious in there with them.  Seems fair.    This isn't the first time I've seen the argument thrown around like that - people being tired of having to "cater" to these people and their mental illness.

We already "cater" to people with a huge variety of mental illnesses on the daily without locking them in institutions.     Two, when you are posting like you are largely defining this as people who are ignoring reality and science, that opens you up for all sorts of examples and ridicule.

Maybe I'm wrong but I generally find people's views, like @EternalShinyAndChrome, to be an exaggeration to the extent that the leftist's go towards not just acceptance, but forced accommodation.  Meaning, he's being purposefully absurd to show the absurdity of the left.  Problem is, the left doesn't see it, they condemn those who don't see it their way... hence, 0 tolerance.  Another term being, forced belief's.  Ironically, it's what the left likes to criticize religious folks of being/doing.  Correction, Christians.  The left is ok with that structure from other religions.  Heaven forbid the Left condemn Muslims /the Muslim religion for not just hating gay people but demeaning women too.  Weird how that works, isn't it?

I think it's also weird that you and others think the bolded is a one way street.  Both sides position themselves to be in a position to decide things for the masses and impose their beliefs.

You seem to be addressing me, and trust me- I have a similar view of most religions.   I cater to and humor religious people, and not once have I been "forced" to believe something I don't.

One way street?  I'm going to need some examples of things that were one way and conservatives said... "NO, we need to do it differently, if we don't, then you're the bad guy".

Leftists are of the mindset that religious people brainwash their believers to think a specific way, meaning, forced beliefs.

There was a time where Christians thought of homosexuality as being wrong.  That's not the case today.  Yet, it still is for Muslims.... yet still, the Democrats still demonize the Catholic religion for it and are mum towards Muslims.  I wonder why?  🤔

Could be wrong but I thought what @BuckSwope was alluding to was the entire premise of most religions being the belief in an immortal being that lives in the sky.  Or is your claim that there’s some proof of this, to use your word, “theory”?

The problem is  a failure by the medical community to properly diagnose this as a mental illness. Instead insisting that this is just normal. When it is clearly not. Just as sammy sosa likely has a mental illness for tring to turn himself white trans  people have a mental illness that has them thinking they are not the gender they were born.

Proof and theory contradict each other.  Not sure what you're getting at.  I'm not religious at all.  I don't believe in God, nor the existence of Jesus, or Muhammad, or anyone else.  Nor am I going to tell them that they're wrong... I have no proof one way or the other.  I let all of them be what they are and those who believe, have at it.  I don't give credence to one and not another, like a certain party does.  They're free to act as they are... hence, religion is a theory.  Gender is NOT a theory, we know that this is fact.  To conflate the two is nothing more than trolling.

Same as you would a bulimic. It is all in their head. They need shrinks to reinforce to them they are NOT a boy in a girls body or the reverse. You would not reaffirm to a bulimic that is ok to puke their guts out after a meal. Why would you reaffirm to someone they should take hormone blockers and cut their junk off?  That is Munchausen's by medical professional.  JUST when they need help the most the medical professionals around them are just giving into their mental illness.  It is absurd and it should go against the hypocritic oath.
