isnt there a find a league fill a league message board on fftoday?

not sure if any of the leagues meet your criteria (or not) but if looking to join a public Dynasty league this feels like a decent place to look

There is a find a league message board, another reason why FFToday is the tops.  Plus we have the Guru.
