The GOP sucks a branding! I envy the prowess of Democrats at branding. <_<

But this message, this economic message, I want it shouted on every street corner, present in every newspaper and repeated on every news cast.  I want it ever-present. Do by all means, spread this sh!t as far, as loud and as much as you can.

The GOP sucks at branding? That's hilarious.

What of the economic message do you disagree with?

I think you flatter them a little too much.  I think they are not where near as good as Democrats, I wish they were as good. But I guess it matters little.

Anyway, I want the people out there on the streets every day who are being actively harmed by this economy to hear and see Democrats espousing how great the economy is, how proud they are of the economy and with it the direct implication that what is presently happening will keep happening if the Democrats have their way.

I want that message to be loud and clear.  I am delighted with it.  I want it to be a nonstop flow. It WILL infuriate a large group of voters.

The Democrats managed to brainwash an entire base to go along with anything they want. Take this vaccine, OK, White Man Bad, OK, Police Bad, OK, Immigration good, OK.

There is nothing to see here, the economy is going great and the border is not a problem and we're front center of TWO WARS. Dumb little sheep will do and believe anything.

I'm not a Democrat. I'm a Republican....but reality is reality. Again- what specifically that I pointed out do you disagree with?

The experiences of individuals remains negative, profoundly negative, and they are growing increasingly stressed and angry.  The polling has highlighted this, and it compelled a shift in strategy on the part of Democrats to no longer herald "Bidenomics" but instead assail "Maganomics".  I am impressed that they finally seemed to have "gotten it", and are shifting....but I do hope there are those out there who want to trot out meaningless stats to attempt to pretend what is happening to people is not happening.

This gaslighting is making them angry.....as demonstrated by both the polling and the Democrats pivotting.

SO.....the best way, based on what we see.....to secure those key centrist voters....is to continue pissing them off, by gaslighting them.

Biden's answer to high prices:  "Companies have to lower prices."

I mean, that's some profound sh*t right there!!!   Who's his economic advisor, Paul Krugman?

Its a standard mentality for them, yes its stupid and demonstrates a complete lack of economic understanding. is it any wonder our economic situation is in shambles.

Psaki: 'Unfair and Absurd' To Say Companies Would Raise Prices in Response to Tax Increases

Quote

White House press secretary Jen Psaki on Monday defended House Democrats' tax plan in the face of criticism that the legislation would see taxes and consumer prices rise for many Americans. Psaki insisted President Joe Biden is committed to keeping taxes the same for anyone making less than $400,000 a year, and she called it "absurd" that companies would raise consumer prices in response to higher taxes.

Again in the post I put that you first responded too- what specifically do you disagree with and what evidence do you use to support your disagreement?

Also, "experiences of individuals" is essentially "feelings"...and feelings are very often not in line with reality.

Every day Americans are suffering under the weight of bad economic policy.

I need do nothing at all, and this is the beauty of it.  Just need to ensure a steady beat of propaganda being announced that asserts good economics.

As long as there is an insistence that people are not suffering then the polls will show it and I am assured they will vote to eliminate Democrats, and that is perfect.

The White House is dialing it back, they seem to understand that people are not buying the lies. But so far media seems intent to gaslight people.

i am absolutely fine with this. So please, push this narrative….the economy is great and booming

I I am with you, let’s get the word out. How can o support this? I am happy to post anything that suggests the economy is good.

I wonder if the people that are buying our politicians go all-in on one side or the other if the polls are lopsided or if they buy both sides just in case the polls are even.

In my mind it doesn't matter anymore.

A very simple question for you:

I said this in regards to the reality of the economy right now: "" record-low unemployment, rising real wages, strong GDP growth, and a rapid fall in the inflation rate to below both global and historical averages" Real wages are actually higher now than before the pandemic....inflation is cooling (and really has been since the back half of 2022). What specifically do you disagree with? What part of those statements is factually inaccurate? Please provide evidence that supports it. I offer that the perception of the economy is worse than the actual economy and that even in some polls people will indicate they feel they are doing well, but the economy isn't as a whole.

I'm a Republican saying these things. I didn't say "booming" anywhere. Just pointing out that the reality is different than the perception.

You've written a lot of words dodging my very direct question. So again- what did I state that is factually inaccurate?

Nothing is wrong with what you are posting, I thinks its fantastic.  Why can I not enjoy it?

You seem to insist that I celebrate with you.....in YOUR way....that I have to accept and celebrate YOUR position on the economy.  I prefer to celebrate it my way.  Espousing these positions, as you have, is now part and parcel of Democrat politics....and its gaslighting as well....and people know it...

My hope is that trotting out to the common person....."No, you are wrong, the economy is great" over and over will piss off the people continuing to be harmed by this economy and they vote Republican.

You mean to tell me, we should pretend that people are not hurting and ignore reality?  Well, I mean, that is a strategy.....and the current administration did use it now for years..... although they have abandoned it recently....since people living miserably apparently cannot be lied to effectively.

So yeah, I do want this "good news" announced, over and over......loudly....prominently..... if its good news, then you should want to share it, right? So lets get the word out!!  Make it ever-present.....I am in lock step with you on this one. How can I help?

Let’s not act like people would be melting down about bad markets, it would def be brought up daily (some wizard predicted 20% drop from this summer to EOY 😂). Same for unemployment. Same for anything really.

Lets celebrate the positives.

I'm so sorry you MAGAts are having a horrible time economically.   Personally, I'm earning far more money these days, and easily outpacing inflation.

There is of course some positives, if you are wealthy, but I am less concerned about those as I am the ones who have been actively harmed, for no good reason.  Markets go up and down.....that is granted......but employing policy that feeds inflation, and then pretending it was not true so as to allow it....then do more to excaserbate it....its just unforgivable.

And its fine to celebrate the slowing of the harm, to pretend that the Fed minimizing inflation is a win, but its not....the harm done will hurt these people for years....

I like this turn of events. Let’s make something happen. I am sure you will find willing partners among the Dems in Congress.

Some of these new founded bleeding heart Republicans can join Schumer. Only need a few.

I sure some old grey hair silver spoon Senator from say Mississippi would love to get with the libs to tackle child poverty.

I applaud this.
