TommyGavin 790 Posted October 21, 2023 My sons work in a German Beirgarten and get a free meal at end of shift. 9 times out of 10 they put in my refrigerator not theirs meaning I can have the meal as they most likely got Taco Bell on the way home. Unfortunately sometimes it goes to waste. And it’s usually the same thing. Brats. Potato salad. Red cabbage. Or spatzelle instead of potato salad. This morning I woke up starving- 2 huge pork chops with mashed potatoes with brown gravy. !!!!!!! 1

BunnysBastatrds 2,296 Posted October 21, 2023 I have a pork chop recipe that’s pretty good and easy. Brown the pork chops. Add two cans of crème of mushroom, two cans of cream of asparagus, and a can of cream of chicken. Add seasoning of your choice. I always add the holy trinity and minced garlic. Fresh asparagus and bake in the oven. Make fresh mashed potatoes, garlic bread, and smother all with the gravy. Enjoy.

GutterBoy 2,898 Posted October 22, 2023 Had the best pork chop of my life tonight. Actually my wife did, but she gave me a bite. It tested better than my prime dry aged rib eye.

When I make a prok-loin roast or make prok loin, I usually have extra and use slices of them with them in the morning for an egg, cheese, prok loin and Engrish muffin combo that cannot be beat.
