If he doesn’t take him out in first like three minutes, it starts to become uh-oh and starts dangling into the area of not expecting vintage Mike but you also don’t want to see him get pummeled by a YouTube star with frosted tips. Jake Paul is still very green and got started late. I don't really expect him to take on legit guys. This is quite a goofy marchup. But for his experience level I respect that he got in there with guys like Roy Jones Jr Anderson and Nate Diaz.....even if they are all washed.

Ive watched 2 of his fights live. Nate since im a Nate fan. And the 2nd Woodley fight. Both free. He is what he is. People that want to be fans and dont know boxing may be jaded. But most anyone who follows boxing knows what he is. I give him credit for training hard and stepping in there when he financially didn't have to.

Holyfield tripped all over Victor Belfort, couldn't even keep his balance at age 60. 15 years is a big difference for speed and balance (20 years for Tyson) at that age so he should get beat bad, but man, Tyson catching him would be awesome. Won't happen.

Won't happen. That would be thr outcome I am hoping for. I mean Tyson is a boxer so hes been around gyms last 20 years. But whens last time he actually trained? Other than trying to stay under 260lb? By train I mean go actually do pad work and drills. Go put a full session in and stack them. Im sure hes around boxers some. He does a ton of podcasts. Hes 57. For as much as a show as Paul is, he is still in his prime athletically and has decent physical gifts. And I think hes a decsnt fighter. Its possible Paul moves totally wrong early and catches one. Outside of that I see a blob of a Tyson just waddling around. A guy with Paul's skill level but more experience would easily know how to not lose this fight and perhaps finish later. But Paul is still green. If its a real fight Tyson has a punchers chance in round 1. Maybe half of round 2.
listen2me 23 1,758 Posted March 7 Im not trying to vouch for Jake Paul. But a few of these boxers have hundreds of Am fights. Most have 10s of Am fights. Boxers who box early have a ton of ring time and a ton of mismatches. Then they go pro and fight 18 mismatches and go 18-0 then lose. What Jake Paul has donr impresses me even if it seems like a total show. As long as the fights are real, I am impressed some.
