BREAKING: New polling shows Kamala Harris demolishing Donald Trump 77-13 among Black voters. This is huge.

The polls are like the media working hand in hand with the democrat party

you should be voting for Donald , he doesn’t want to tax your social security

They wouldn’t qualify. To qualify for the program you have to have two years of rent payments without missing one in your own name. But that in itself doesn’t qualify you to buy a new house. Your fears are misguided.

Either no one will qualify and it’s just out there to give false hope and get votes or there will be “special programs” where everyone will qualify that they want to qualify

If you’re qualified then why do you need 25k? Just stop Tim. It’s a horrible idea and it’s completely dishonest. It’s never happening. If it could, it would have already.

What could possibly go wrong?  Surely not more inflation.

I don’t think.so.

You and I were taught and have perhaps experienced very different economics lessons.  $25K by it's very design is to increase demand, in a vacuum that increases prices.  There is no offset to this plan that I've seen.  If it doesn't have some kind of other demand dampening effect, then it's going to take a housing recession to not be so.  However, no matter the economic climate, prices especially in starter homes will be higher than they would be otherwise if it comes to pass. I'm as sure of that economic reality as I am that the sun is going to come up in the morning.

Listen and learn. One of his best policy speeches and pointing out Kamala's poor policy plans.

We will see. Your principles are correct theoretically but we don’t live in a theoretical world. There are so many other factors at play, so much government involvement already, that I don’t think inflation is affected that much. In any case as I keep pointing out our inflationary problems are global so there is very little we can do to affect them for good or ill.

To call that rambling mess a “policy speech” is Orwellian. To call it “best” implying that it’s somehow good is beyond comprehension to me.

Why will every liberal proposal for the last 80 years crash the economy? Obamacare was supposed to crash the economy too. It gets tiresome after a while.

You know what WILL crash the economy? Trump’s tariffs.

Harris is genuinely no one's choice. She was never even popular in CA. It's bonkers.

The buzz for her is entirely manufactured.

What's alarming about her is that she has ideological affinity for Marxism. The WEF elite are gunning for a global technocratic fascist oligarchy, and they use Marxist appeals as a Trojan horse. I'm honestly not even sure if Trump isn't also a tool to transition the world to where they want. But it is pretty clear Biden was a puppet. And ideologically it looks like Harris will be a very willing puppet.

Everything you wrote here is wrong, IMO. Kamala Harris is a liberal. She is far removed from a Marxist. Her popularity is not manufactured at all. We are not heading for socialism.

Kamala is in the tradition of liberals like FDR and LBJ- they mean to protect capitalism by enlarging its safety net. There is no intent to replace capitalism.

It's not "conspiratorial" in the least.

Follow what governmental policies they push, and what corporate influence they machinate.

Then simply ask cui bono? in the dust of their controlled demolition.

Well your second question is evidence of a conspiratorial mind, no offense. The truth is in some ways far scarier: there is no plan, no scheme, no design. Most of what happens, for good or ill, is the result of chaos, screwups, and blind luck. And those who benefit do so because they just happen to be lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time.

You realize conspiring is a reality of the human condition? Especially the intelligent, wealthy, and sociopathic (~4% of the population) human condition.

And I'll give you that quote you shared on most of what happens. Most of us are simple.

But sometimes it's the quality of the relatively infrequent that has a profound impact.

If five people are bidding on a house, and each of them receives an extra $25,000 to tack on to their offer, four people walk away without a house and one pays a higher price than if you’d given none of them any money. Unserious policy.

Well said.  It's like these guys have never studied history.

As a Centrist, we monitor both sides to make sure they don't get to extreme.  Relative to the past century, this current Left is almost a toothless guard dog; they bark for tried and true(and occassionaly extreme) political ideology.....but they never seek to implement it.  Most of my fellow Centrists realize that the current Right, particularly under Trump; is much closer to the extremes of the Right.

If these guys actually got away from the choice of media/news that always preaches "OmG!!!!1!....ThE DEmZ ArE ComMMuNISts!!11!" and actually tried some critical thinking for themselves....they'd quickly realize that.

Yeah. Providing sanctuary so minors can be mutilated isn’t extreme. Pretty normal stuff. 🤡💯

Anyone with an elementary understanding of economics knows what will happen if this proposal becomes reality.  But Tim has to support any "policy" Kamalatoe pushes regardless of it's merit so he will contort basic economic principles to do so.

Trump at his press conference yesterday:

Quote

But I really. I have to say, Miriam, I watched Sheldon sitting so proud in the White House when we gave Miriam the Presidential Medal of Freedom. That’s the highest award you can get as a civilian.

It’s the equivalent of the Congressional Medal of Honor. But civilian version.

It’s actually much better because everyone gets the Congressional Medal of Honor, that’s soldiers, they’re either in very bad shape because they’ve been hit so many times by bullets, or they’re dead.

She gets it, and she’s (laughs) a healthy, beautiful woman.

(APPLAUSE)

And they’re rated equal.

But she got the Presidential Medal of Freedom and she got it for her–. And it’s through committees and everything else. She’s done an incredible job on addiction as a doctor and so many other things.

And I watched your husband sitting at the White House and he was so proud. I’ve never seen him so proud. He didn’t like to show it because he was cool. Right? But he was so proud of you.

I look forward to the MAGA idiots playing "Well ackshaully what he meant was....." because they can't just admit the dude is a mush mouthed loser who says idiotic things because what little is left of their brain would break.

It shouldn't theoretically eliminate Tim.  he supposedly runs a real estate management company.  of course when your dad hands it to you and it's fully functional you probably don't really need to know that much about the business to keep it going.

Yes, in theory, but it appears to be true that the marxist ideology of economics is what he has been taught, so now he believes the lie and his positions are colored by the lie

If only we had an example from recent history of helping people to buy houses who couldn't afford to pay their mortgage.  🤔

I swear, the epitaph of the Left is 'Next time it will be different$#@!"

His rally speeches have become so incoherent that Fox no longer carries them in their entirety (think about that).

So laughable, you and @Strike. But I will play along. Please explain what specific Marxist ideology I have been taught and believe?

Can’t come up with 25k, but they will be able to pay for the upkeep of a house. Sorry Tim, not everyone is a nepo baby and they don’t have to concern themselves with such minor issues like a lawnmower and a washer and dryer.
