The idea of kicking one off would eliminate the appearance of conflict is an impossible decision to rationally support. The judge made a ruling to try to split the baby. I could have written this ruling.. ...eventhough i was wrong on how the first judge would rule, the appeals court agreed with me and fixed the idiotic logic in the first ruling. The case is dead. Another prosecuter will not touch this.

jonmx 2,197 Posted Thursday at 05:09 PM For those who get their news from the deep state propaganda channels, this is what Fani did wrong. 1. Fani is not authorized to pass out contracts to whomever she wants. They have contacting officials to make sure proper processes are followed. Fani bypassed these channels to award over a million dollars to her lover. 2. Fani lied about her relationship with Wade. This has nothing to do with sex. This has to do with a non-disclosed relationship to someone you are paying government money to. It is even worse because Fani was also approving his billing. This is not some technicality, this is a major breach of trust which not only violates ethical standards but violates the law. A government employee can not just give huge government contracts to family and friends. To prevent this kind of nepotism there are processes in place to prevent this kind of abuse. Fani has to sign sworn statements every year disclosing any relationship which might cause a conflict of interest in the contracts the DA office pays. Fani not only denied any such relationships, she bypassed the legal process in awarding the contract, and then went even further and approved his time and outrageous hourly rate. Fani did three things that would get any government employee fired on the spot.
jonmx 2,197 Posted Friday at 02:52 PM It seems that it has come out why Fani Willis was going to Washington DC on multiple occassions. Fani and Nathan Wade before the Rico indictments went to DC to the law office of Armstrong Williams to meet none other than Bill Barr. Bill Barr was the actual architect of the RICO cases in Georgia and outlined to Fani and Wade how to prosecute it. Not shockingly, Bill Barr is the ultimate snake and is a big reason why none of Trump's election fraud cases went anywhere. And even more weird, Judge Juan Merchan is linked into this whole conspiracy through phone records. The story of what this whistleblower has gone through is pretty shocking, from hit attempts on her life, to FBI raids on phoney wire fraud charges, to seeking asylum in Mexico, to federal agents showing up in Mexico. The whole reasons why oral arguments in this dismal case were canceled appears to be to cover up the extent of the scandal. It is not about D' and R's. The loyalty is to the corrupt deep state and is out to undermine every single constitutional rights we have. Keep bootlicking idiots. The people you support are lying evil bastards who are far more evil than is known.

Doubtful: https://www.businessinsider.com/fani-willis-credibility-damaged-perjury-charges-unlikely-legal-experts-2024-3 Trump DA Fani Willis' credibility has been shot over messy testimony — but perjury charges are very unlikely: legal experts [...] Despite the conflicting stories, though, the likelihood Willis or anyone else involved in the case will ever face perjury charges over their testimony is slim to none, two legal experts told Business Insider. "It's possible, but unlikely unless there's something that is more of a smoking gun," Neama Rahmani, a former federal prosecutor in California, said of potential perjury charges. Rahmani, the president and cofounder of West Coast Trial Lawyers, said there's "plenty of evidence" that shows Willis and Wade could have lied on the witness stand during the hearing, but said it's probably not enough to support a potential prosecution on perjury charges. "You don't want to file charges unless you're pretty confident you can get a conviction," said Rahmani, who noted that, when it comes to Willis, it would be up to the Georgia state attorney general to bring those charges.
