Are you telling me that those random, already investigated and debunked supporting items have been shown to prove that Biden stole?  You realize the whistleblowers all recanted or gave further testimony that they didn't have any proof of a connection right?

A fact is a statement that can be verified. In the instance of the Bidens we have the bank records, text messages, whistle blowers and laptop that show us the facts.

You said you would admit that you were wrong absent definitive proof of Biden taking bribes. You didn’t say anything about charges or make any qualifications about saying you were wrong without meaning it until I reminded you of your claim later. That’s when you started walking it back with what I like to call “weasel words.”

As with most cases of criminality, there is often only some evidence.....and often the evidence is circumstantial....so this is nothing new.

I base my position on the evidence at hand.  This is enough to know that the Biden family is a criminal enterprise.

This case doesn't go to trial but for a judge that actually read a plea agreement between Hunter and the DOJ that no one else would have gotten that so embarrassed the DOJ they had no choice but to actually prosecute the crimes.    That you refuse to acknowledge that just shows how you follow your team regardless of the data.

What did I refuse to acknowledge? When did I ever discuss the plea agreement? If I posted anything it was that it seemed pretty dumb to me.
