Again I am unfamiliar with the chain so I looked them up.  Owned by the Wetzel Pretzel people with investor Lebron James this was touted as the fastest growing chain a few short years ago.  Seemed a success story.  Not folding, just relocating their headquarters and turning their attention to better markets.
