Why did Biden not want his cognitive test out?  Why did the guy say Biden was lost?

Hur is not a doctor, but even so Hur testified that Biden is not senile, so if you want to go off him then fine.

Biden had a physical in February, no cognitive test as his doctors didn't deem it necessary.

Where trump has an edge though is he'll make stupid proclamations and his team will turn it into some sort of tangible, useful action.  Limiting illegal immigration or prioritizing the economy.
