Yes, up until the debate debacle, because I had seen the entire State Of The Union address and he looked and sounded fine to me.

Apparently in the six months since then age suddenly caught up with him (if you are familiar with people in their late 70's to early 80's that can happen).

I find his reference stupid.  What is more stupid is the take that he thinks Lecter was a real person.  It is beyond too forced.
