The league is still in preseason form. It's hard to decide who is a bust and who is just a bit rusty...

That said, I have 3 RBs on my current roster, Kyren Williams, Kenneth Walker, and Zack Moss. I don't plan to pick up any more unless I have to.

You dropped Odunze for Robinson?

You appear to have fiddle syndrome.  Do you feel the need to make constant updates to your starting lineup?  Are you constantly churning your roster?  Do you salivate over every waiver wire darling?

If so, you may have fiddle syndrome.  Sorry, there is no cure.

Kimani Vidal has been a healthy-inactive for three weeks... but he's still clogging up my roster. The day I drop him, is the day he blows up.  But running mighty low on patience.

What the hell Harbaugh?  Gus Edwards ypc .... 2.4, 3.3, & 3.0 .?.  How is that bum getting carries, yet a hungry rookie who looked great in preseason is healthy-inactive?  I just don't get it.

I'd choose Lazard, but I wouldn't be overly concerned about getting him.

I'd also try to trade Kelce for a guy like Khalil Shakir.

Odunze... crazy talent as his draft stock reflects. Last week shows he can get it going with the rookie Qb. Expect several more big games.

Jennings ...When  Deebo / Kittle are back, and Aiyuk is doing his thing, nobody will remember Jennings week 3 flash in the pan.

I dropped Diontae Johnson last week. More a victim of small rosters in this league but im kicking myself right now cause i know i had him scouted properly..  i just knew that Bryce was the worst Qb in the league. I was right AND wrong

I think it's Amari Cooper not Cooper Kupp. I don't know if that changes anything for you, but the reason I like Johnston over Robinson is the Chargers seem to be using him as a red zone target and they're using him on more digs and crossers which the previous regime never did.  That to me means he could have more week to week value with some deep threat potential when Herbert gets back.

On the flip side, Robinson's value is fairly limited.  We know he's not overly dynamic, so even as the number 1 with Kupp and Puka out, he's probably getting 8 points.  And that only drops off as Kupp and Nucua get healthy.

Seriously though, my initial thinking was because I'm of the mindset that the OLine in LA will not keep Herbert on the field.  Last year and this year tells me that their OLine can't block worth a crap and the passing game will suffer.  Plus, I think Herbert will miss multiple games.  Then I did some looking and saw that Heinicke is the backup.  I'm ok with him as a backup, so I'll agree with you to cut Robinson and keep Johnston.

To note, I'm not high on the idea that Nacua AND Kupp will be healthy at the same time very often.  If you want a poster child of "injury prone", both would fit.  Kupp is 31 and has missed at least 1 game in 6 or his (now) 8 seasons.  Only once did he start every game.  He's missed at least 5 games 3 of his prior 7 seasons.  Nacua isn't much different.  In his 4 college seasons, he's played 10 or more games only once and already missed multiple games this year.  I'll throw this out there... by seasons end, I think Robinson's snap count isn't too far from Nacua's or Kupp's.  In games where Nacua and/or Kupp are out, I think Robinson's production will be consistent... possibly more consistent than Johnston, but I certainly believe that Robinson's ceiling is lower.

I'm going to say that there will be 10 (more) games this year where Robinson will be the WR1 or WR2 in LA.  In those games, I think he'll routinely get about 8 to 10 fpg with an occasional TD here and there that could deliver a big week (for him).  I think the OLine and QB uncertainty could lead to 20 fp games for Johnston, but also 6 fp games.  I mean, Johnston's numbers aside from TD's aren't much different than Robinson's.  Johnston's game totals are 12, 22, & 7, and the only reason they aren't 6, 10, & 7 is because of the TD's, when Herbert is healthy and on the field.  Robinson is at 4, 7, & 8 as the WR3, then WR2.
