Volleyball team forfeits.

Boise State woman team forfeits game, they refused to play against a transgender man.

The government just loves this stuff. It blinds everyone of what they are really up to.

I don’t understand it, sadly this isn’t an issue that’s going to dry up and blow away quickly.

And yet you keep voting for it. Shame.

I think the only reason schools allow it is so they avoid a lawsuit.

Shameful isn’t it?

Agree that she should not be on a woman’s team, but per usual, this seems to be being blown out of proportion.  The team is not even ranked in the top 25 and Fleming doesn’t even appear to be the best player on the team, which would suggest the “safety concern” is being overblown.

Also apparently the teammate that filed a lawsuit lived with Fleming for awhile before even realizing they were trans.  So much for @weepaws being able to identify trannies going to the bathroom so he can beat them up.

I think the point is that you open the door if you allow this to happen, even for one tranny that's not so good.  Her talent (or lack thereof) has nothing to do with the danger women face by competing against men.  At some point, if this continues, there WILL be a dude that will cause damage.

I also think trannies need to declare themselves, for their safety and everyone else's.  The fact that she moved in with another woman and that woman did not know he was an actual male violates all kinds of gender norms and laws, IMO.  Would you want your daughter unknowingly living with a man?  No f'n way.

FFS, women are screeching at the top of their lungs how "toxic" and dangerous men are, but now suddenly we're supposed to ignore that for trannies?  Again, no f'n way.

They don't want to be sued by a transgender person for being discriminated against.  We've seen it before.

The issue is really with the NCAA. I believe they specifically allow transgender athletes as long as they meet specific hormone requirements. So if the NCAA permits it I don’t see how a school could prohibit it.

this, and unfair competition, have been my stance since before this was a hot topic.

a former male should not be able to compete vs women. allow them to compete vs men, if they can make the team.

i think a former female should have to sign a waiver to play on a men's team, but allowable if they can make the team

That last statement, is a horrible ideal.  Just opens the door for more lawsuits for men being able to play on woman’s sports teams, society has done a great disservice to this issue, by being so accepting of this sick, perverted issue.

And the government will just keep feeding it.  Shame.

But votes don’t just elect , they also serve has approval to and agenda of what the will of the US government is, seek and to destroy.

Amen Thanks

It should be as simple as this:

If you are a biological man then you participate in men's sports.

If you are a biological women then you participate in women's sports.

If consider yourself to be anything different, start your own damn league with people like yourself.  Stop focking everything up.

You may have misread my statement. I am not advocating for former men to play on women's teams

San Jose State has now lost 3 straight matches (with 1 additional forfeit mixed in), with Fleming playing, against 3 other teams also not ranked in the top 25.

The team winning and losing has nothing to do with how a biological male being on the team is a safety issue.  Honestly dont see how you correlate the two.

If it was truly a safety issue, she (and the team) would actually be better.

Wat????  You can lose the match but still injure your opponent.  I fail to see how you correlate winning and losing with safety.  Care to explain that or are you just going to keep making the same illogical statement over and over?

It’s possible, but it’s not like she doesn’t know what she’s doing, she’s been playing volleyball for years.  If she had so much power such that it was a safety issue, the other team wouldn’t be able to stop her, and her stats would be a lot better.   Pretty simple concept really, not surprised you don’t get it.

No.  It's a team sport and still requires skill.  We don't need any more Payton McNabb's.

It can be a safety issue for trans women to play biological women in volleyball.  Just saying I don’t think it is in this particular case.

You sold me. Now you have to convince the team I suspect you regularly vote for.

WTF are you advocating for?  You want to separate the trannies into categories - those big enough and strong enough to actually hurt someone and those that aren't?

Get a grip dude/ma'am.

That's Just like, your opinion, man.  Sorry not waiting for another girl to be seriously injured to say "whoops I guess we were wrong about THIS biological male.".

No, that’s why I specifically said she shouldn’t be playing with women.
