100% Of course that'll never happen, but we can dream.

I seem to recall hearing about a town in Iowa back when W was in office. It had flooded a couple times in the past five years, & they always looked for a handout from FEMA.

Supposedly, this could've been fixed by putting up a flood wall near the river. Residence/city Council members refused...........said it would ruin the beautiful Vista. 

The FEMA Director commented that they put up the flood wall or stop asking for aid every time a flood occurred. He was forced to resign shortly thereafter.

Common sense has no place in America anymore.
