Kids with severe disabilities are expensive, especially if you are not poor enough to qualify for assistance but aren’t wealthy enough to comfortably pay for it. And unfortunately sometimes insurance is insufficient. And at the end of the day, what I think about it is irrelevant. I’m not the one in their shoes nor am I responsible for their choices. That’s on them.
