The attorney gave a yes answer to the question about using Seal 6 team to assassinate a political rival. Read the transcript. If the Senate didn't prosecute him or did but didn't convict then, it would be defacto legal and POTUS could literally get away with murder.

I wasn’t referring to the speech but to the phone call, which is true of all those who lost the election in modern times. To this day Trump has never congratulated Biden for 2020. It’s amazing to me that any Trump fan could accuse anyone else of being a sore loser.
