Danger, you may get triggered to also find out that some stats show that trans people are LESS prone to be victims of homocide than the general pop. Fireballer 2,582 Posted Thursday at 07:30 PM 31 minutes ago, Sean Mooney said: Let's say I don't. Explain. The short answer is that it’s not collected and no one is stupid enough to do it openly. When crime data is collected, it’s done via database obviously. Each crime that you claim has easily obtainable statistics, is derived from a specific statute at the state level, and collectively as “Homicide, “Larceny”, etc at the federal level. That’s why they are easily found. There is no “xxx crime by trans” statute that I’m aware of and there’s no “trans” checkbox. As far as perps go, unlike race and age, gender ID is not collected by UCR. Gender is, but it will be concluded by what’s on your ID. Even, if a female is recorded as a male, there’s no further differentiation that it’s a trans person. A police department would have to decide to track it on their own, and obviously that’s a political nightmare. Whether done secretly or openly, tracking gender ID would be met with significant outcry.

I’m guessing they only collect type of occupancy such as residence, church, convenience store, etc. Even if provided, how would you interpret it? What number would be actionable? Like, if Jonny is speaking out of turn in class, once a week is no big deal. Once a day? Three times a day? When would you call his parents?

I mean someone talking out of turn in class is far less serious an issue. I wouldn't call their parents after the first time but obviously a sexual assault is different. My point is this- all stats show most abuse of kids is by someone who is not a stranger to them. Most sexual assaults (something like 70% according to the Bureau of Justice Statistics) occur in a residence. The best I can find is that 10% of sexual assaults occur in a closed, public location. Bathrooms would be a part of this I'd assume. The simple fact is you are considerably less likely to be sexually attacked in a bathroom than anywhere else and I'd venture the level of trans assaults in a bathroom is relatively small. Any number more than 0 is bad- but like...we accept guns right...or any other number of bad things where the number is more than zero.

There's all those rapes in female prisons. Jessica Yaniv's existence revolves around sexual assualt. There was that tranny that assaulted the girl in thar Laudon County, Virginia school, changed schools, and assaulted another girl at the new school. There was the Oklahoma girl. There's all the stiff dingdongs flapping around in spas and locker rooms in vile blue communities around the country. This insanity will end soon enough: in two months, the country will stop catering to the mentally ill and start protecting girls and women.

But let's be fair and say there are not the level of sexual assaults by transsexuals' that warrants the amount of oxygen and head space it takes up for people. Not saying the number is zero, but it is not to the level people want it to be. The double assault by the Virginia person feels like just a psycho individual rather than indicative of the whole group.

Mike Honcho 4,648 Posted yesterday at 01:58 PM I'm glad Nancy was able to find a way to push her way back into the national spotlight...must have been a rough 10 days with everyone talking about all the nominees. Quote 2021 Nancy Grace House Speaker Mike Johnson on Wednesday announced his support for the resolution in a statement: “All single-sex facilities in the Capitol and House Office Buildings — such as restrooms, changing rooms, and locker rooms — are reserved for individuals of that biological sex,” adding, “Women deserve women’s only spaces.” Shortly after she took office, Mace framed herself as a pro-LGBT, social moderate. I, for one, am surprised to see Mace launching this culture war crusade, because when I interviewed her in 2021, shortly after she took office, she framed herself as a pro-LGBT, social moderate. “I strongly support LGBTQ rights and equality,” Mace told me at the time. “No one should be discriminated against.” “I have friends and family that identify as LGBTQ,” she explained. “Understanding how they feel and how they’ve been treated is important. Having been around gay, lesbian, and transgender people has informed my opinion over my lifetime.”
